The orbs are Dolmen gateways being managed by multiple shards of Nyadra’zatha, a C’tan. Bloody Necrons.

In the first Latin passage, the quid and dam are actually one word: quiddam, which means something or a certain thing. The imperatoris divinae is most likely a genative relating to imperium absolutum in the first bit. Visus Oculi tibi literally means "eyesight to/for you". So i think the literal translation is made by rearranging the words; ending up with: "the absolute power of the god emperor is something reserved for your sight". Tibi could also be mistakenly used for a plural, so it could also be "the absolute power of the god emperor is something reserved for the sight of you all/ humanity" I think Imperium absolutum is supposed to be "the whole imperium" so if I fiddle abit and throw in some High-gothic leeway, its probably something like: "The entirety of the god emperor's imperium is anything which you hold in sight" Im not really confident in my Latin, so if anyone knows any better feel free to correct me!

So in part two, you can see the thunder hawk doing a flank maneuver he flies behind the enemy ship shoot a pair of rockets directly into the engines, as soon as the blue light shut off you can see sparks flying out of the back of the ships engines, when that is all going on the thunder hawk flies directly over the enemy ship drawing away enemy fire from the drop ship. Can can follow the trail of flashes from the enemy ship shooting at their front side and you can see red flash of a engine from the thunder hawk flying off. and you can actually see the 2 rockets spiraling into the engines if you look close enough. 2. The autoCannon in part 3 has a spotter and gunner when they shoot each muzzle flash you see one of the marines getting closer and then fires 2 shots 1 for each of them. also frame by frame moment, one of the 3 in the hall way the front runner gets a nick/dent in his right shoulder from the autocannon. Later on in episode 4 or 5 you can actually see several marines having different impact/nicks/dents on their armor from combat. 3.There is a big inconsistency especially visible in part 3 around 1:27 his left side hold the Bolt gun and his right side holds plasma pistol. next point of view when he ducks into cover they magically swapped places now his boltgun is on his right side and his plasma pistol is on his left. also he is missing his combat knife. 4. Part 4, around 0:16~0:17 you see the space marine with boltgun go from single shot to fullauto, you hear the sound and see the visual on the back of the gun. he has 3 big dents on his left side of his shoulder.. but in part 5... no one has those 3 dents any more 5. when the sgt comes in view he is holing plasma pistol left hand and when he starts charging the enemy he magically made his combat knife appear out of nowhere. and nearing the end of the part... he holsters his combat knife on his right side again. i mean sure this is nit picking.. nothing is absolute perfect and these are tiny errors. but there you go another 5 things you have (probably) missed. Also... Part 4 0:24 Manticora is written on the boltgun. you mentioned Kohren, Monos, Bassic but missed Hakanael on the commander? as for service studs, silver + silver = 1 gold?. so he might have served only 100 years. unless they remove studs and then upgrade them? but then is the question why 2 silver? So no he hasn't served for 200 years. mathematically that would be incorrect. it can be... that 1 gold stud equals 200 years. and each silver 50 years in that case its 300 years of service.. and once he get's his 4th silver stud its upgraded to gold. otherwise... 10 for silver and 50/100 years for gold... so i can be 70 years or 120. but 200 years makes no sense... mathematically that is then. if he served for 200 years he should have only 2 gold, which means 100 years per gold stud Anyways there is a ton more. its very detailed and i love it.

Did anyone else notice the physicers in episode 4 only had one arm. Kinda like the gold man in episode 5. Though he had a leg missing too

The ballls were propably magic-8 balls that's been overwhelmed by warp fuckery on some planet in the eye of terror for a few thousand years.

The squad isn't launched from the same ship in Astartes 1 that it appears to be run from in later parts- part 1 shows them boarding a Caestus Assault Ram to be launched from a Cobra-class destroyer (which explains why the corridors are so cramped). We do see a robed figure (possibly an Inquisitor and his entourage) up ahead past the astartes, moving along a cross-corridor. However, it is extremely unlikely to be the same inquisitor we see later in the series, as judging by the establishing shots, he appears to be on either the astartes Strike Cruiser/Battle Barge (it's tricky telling them apart without a look at the drive tube assembly, or a decent reference point against which to judge scale), or the cruiser closer to the camera (identifying that is also problematic- she appears to have broadsides arranged with lances amidships and macrocannons for'ard, which suggests either a Lunar-class cruiser or possibly an Armageddon-class battlecruiser, which differs only by the addition of dorsal lance barbettes, which are not easy to see given the camera angle. The problem is that both classes carry prow-mounted torpedo tubes, which don't appear to be present). Oh, and the fighter escorting the Caestus? That appears to be a Thunderbolt, a machine too small for most astartes to fit in, so they have a human pilot. The interesting thing about the Thunderbolt, is it's not really a starfighter, designed for void combat like the Fury, but rather a heavy air superiority fighter designed for atmospheric flight. Does this mean him using it is a goof? No. The Thunderbolt is designed to be able to fly in and out of atmosphere, and was even deployed as a deep-space fighter on some Imperial Navy carriers in the run up to the Gothic War (when they, and their Marauder bomber counterparts) were replaced with larger and more capable Fury interceptors (and Starhawk bombers).

Has anyone noticed that when the space marines push the containment things into the sphere one has orange lights as opposed to yellow? Could that mean one was faulty?

It would be either "Death to all the enemies of Mankind" or "Death to the enemies of all Mankind". I think the former from the word placement, but a) My Latin is rustier than than a gladius and B) High Gothic isn't Latin

In the final scene, you can see 2 more Astartes get shot down onto the other pillars - it’s just a really quick flash of light. You’ll see it on the right first, then the left.

Another thing I've noticed was in part 3 when the sergeant was getting shot by the lascanon, his plasma pistol was on his right thigh instead of his left. Plus he never used his regular bolter which disappeared after part 3 as well.

This small series got me into 40K and your critiques are by far the best and taught me the most. Subbed

The second marine to charge against the Psykers switched hands for his combat knife during scene switch, going from left hand gripping to right hand gripping and left palm backing the knife attack. And the giant skeletons at the end might not be Yu'Vath, but some slave race that was left to rot, atleast I think its that much free for possibilities, so the creator can change it again if he thinks its necessary.

4:57 the eagle banner is reversed. The eye should be on the right head.

There's one bit I particularly enjoyed that I see people missing. While the psyker is listening in on the conversation, we see that his aura is black. Then, when the astartes are captured, you see that black aura attack the yu'voth. Even in death, he serves.

I noticed that the white and black chevrons in question, though no black chevrons were present in the frame, because he was the last to exit the assault ram, I assumed he was in the rear of the ram. Still, I wouldn’t be surprised if it were a retroactive thing he corrected in the second episode.

and when he landed on that planet mark on his helmet and sholder is again black :P 2nd; sergeant in episode 1-4 have that plasma pistol on left and knife on right. But on episode 5 pistol and knife change sides..... 3rd When second marine attack the psykers he holding knife in left hand but when he kills psyker (when he hold knife with 2hands) it looks like he have knife on right fist........ I hope you can understand my poor english :P

When the Space Marine Squad leader pauses to stare at his hand sinking into the orb, inscriptions start to form from the textures on his armor. Most likely some form of chaos memetic hazard manifesting.

In the last scene as the camera recedes behind the space marine, why do the tops of the pillars flash one after the other? The second one from the right flashes first, then the second from the left and then the furthest one down on the right.

Can u help hunt for a potential easter egg? you see in the second video at 41 sec there's a solider with a white star helmet and the numbers 302. Since the was fleshing out the story at this point, I was thinking it could've been a reference to White dwarf issue 302. I really don't know. But considering how much detail is put into this, I feel like the 302 number means something.
