What a lovely winter's day, just right for a bit of detecting. Another first for me, but what is it? ‪@xpmetaldetector‬ ‪@MagicMobility‬

Thanks Karl, we try and make it as entertaining as possible, well we are like that all the time tbh. We are going to come on a DARC dig this year, I am trying to get up earlier so we can get to an event at a better time, but it is very difficult in the mornings for me but I will try and see what happens. There are some complexities, good parking preferably on field so we can unload and load the powerchair and access through gates that may be locked although we only need 28" and we try and detect on pasture because rough plough etc is too rough on my body although rolled is alright as long as not very wet and sticky because we have got to get the chair back inside the car and we don't want too much mud everywhere lol Hope to see you on a dig soon Wendy and Jon

I always enjoy seeing what comes out of the ground across the pond. There is so much more history in the ground over there it's insane. Nice work!

Love you work Jon and Wendy. Thanks the sub. Happy to return the favour. You are an amazing couple. You put a smile on my face. I'm 9 days away from a disc reconstruction in my neck and thankfully will have my fiance by my side during my recovery. It's great to see you out there keeping Jon's hobby alive, can't wait to get back out there myself. Good Luck & Happy Swingin'

Thank you for your kind comments and glad you enjoyed the video, that snake buckle is fantastic but unfortunately we didn't video us finding it, when Wendy dug it up it was covered in soil and she just said it's a buckle and I thought she meant a simple D buckle or similar and she said no more and placed in her finds pouch, we only found out when we got home and cleaned it, just how nice it was and we were pleasantly surprised. All the best from Wendy and Jon

Hi, yes some of the coins and large especially big old pennies and some old silver coins, we found a large silver George 111 half crown a while ago and it gave a 97-99 on the Deus, we thought it was a tin can lol glad you enjoyed the videos and all the best from Wendy and Jon
