idk how they're going to make the mahito ultimate since while mahito was in his full potential, the only thing he really did was tank yuji's barrage at the start of the transformation and get absolutely slapped afterwards.

mahitos special: If you press R on a dead corspe, you will transfigure it into a transfigured soul that follows you around and attacks people and works like divine dog, if you get hit by an attack or 4 m1s they all go away. You can have only 2
Ngl a soul fire upper variant would be cool Explanation: When mahito jumps and uses soul fire his legs will stretch and cling to something and he can shoots his opponents from the air
I hope it’s going to be a non-combat True move like a risk reward move, It has fast start up but but a big punish window if it gets blocked. I think it’ll be a good idea because It will be a true poke move that’s good at punishing when people miss or fail the counters. I am sorry if my punctuation is really bad
the issue with this is if it breaks/doesnt break block it seems like itll be decently slow and if thats the case itll be hard to hit if its blockable and if it has endlag u can get countered however if its ubblockable it needs to be decently weak otherwise mahito just cooks u with like a 7 year long combo that u cant escape overall i think itll be a decently slow move that hits hard and hits through block with its downside being that its slow and easy to punish however i am stoopid and may very well be wrong
cool move idea(this will probably not be at it because it may be too OP) when mahito’s special comes out, you can use the fourth move shown in the leaks and whatever his special would be to grab your opponent another cool idea I have is if you don’t hit the move on anyone(fourth move+ special) you will be able to pull yourself forward but has a slow wind up, this would be cool if you’re trying to scale buildings for a fun but not completely for running(in my opinion I would want it to swing you instead of pull but the more I think about it the more OP it sounds)
I think the way the move would work is its a low aoe move that combo extends since it only has 1 fully reliable combo extender being focus strike and gojo has 3 combo extenders yuji has 3 using techs so more like 2 and hakari has 2 megumi also has 2 so most characters have 2 combo extenders so itll make sense for another 2 combo extenderz

I think soul fire should get a revamp so when you click R (your special) near a wall or object,it will turn them into spirits that u can collect to use as soul fire ammo, you can get up to 10 ammo at a time
Honestly that move needs a nerf badly before anything gets done to it I mean it’s a better rough energy in every way it’s especially bad if you’re in a high ping server that’s when Mahito is truly annoying to fight against

I hope one of Mahitos ult moves has him throwing transfigured humans to hit and hold the enemy in place ( another combo extender, like we dont have enough of them :)
I still think mahitos kt was inspired by the parasites in the anime parasite there's so many moments that just look right like the arm turing into hooks and destroying a part of the school that's literally something that happened in parasite just it was the guys head not his arms.
Mahito will almost certainly be the best character in the game, even if it gets nerfed. Focus strike is just far too good to pass up, and absolutely devastates passive/defensive players.
