That’s impressive TIG work! (How many holes did you burn through before you showed us the finished article?…) seriously, though,That’s much, much neater than my first attempts. Very well done!
I only burned the holes on the practicing plate because I was welding two different thickness metals together and it was a gap. Then I knitted them up. I have a super teacher who explains everything so clearly it’s hard to fail.
Have to admit I had one of those palm/ forehead slap moments when you decided to add the thickness of the metal instead or subtracting it into the bend measurement.
Successful day today! After seeing the chrome QuadLock on this channel, I ordered one, which came today. I mounted it late afternoon, came in for an early supper, went to the Cinema to see the Amy Winehouse film, got back home, fired up my Laptop and saw that this channel had uploaded a further offering. That means, I spent the day with (well thinking of) two wonderful women... Amy and Dei... Omg, i'm a happy lad !!

Just came in from a fantastic day riding with my friends , had some dinner and thought I’ll have a look through RU-vid to find you uploaded a new vid of you guys in the workshop .
