i was just thinking that, this song will never be the same for me knowing that its a piano chord packwards, i have wondered for years, since i was a little kid what they did to make that sound and now i know lol, i want to know what they did to make that other sound that sounds like a motorcycle.
@@randomchannel6348 that's a very old technique in recording. If you record something with the tape upside-down and running backwards, you get a backward effect when played normally. Jimi Hendrix did this with the drums on Are You Experienced?
Bohemian Rhapsody is literally and specifically a story of a person who receives a demon as a result of an anti-social act. Freddie Mercury was certainly interested in the occult and metaphysical sciences. To pretend otherwise as some do is ridiculous. He was in touch with something, that's for sure.
I love this song backwards and now I know what the piano actually sounds like forwards it was brilliant when Queen decided to reverse the piano note in four words and then hearing it played forwards in reverse it’s fantastic the whole song is great forwards and backwards.
@@Harperhollem another one bites the dust backwards it has nothing to do with smoking marijuana at all but the music is great backwards that’s fantastic. That’s all it saying another one bites the dust in reverse. It has nothing to do with smoking marijuana besides it’s not a good thing anyway.
Ah, the infamous "it's fun to smoke marijuana" backward message upon the provable-under-court method "fun" sounds "nuf" unlike "start" that has the undisputable sound of "dust" when heard reversed. Hence, the line "Start to smoke marijuana" when spoken in the same stress as the song, emits "another one bites the dust" backwards
There’s also a part near the end (the beginning?) that sounds like he says “take some acid wow it’s so neat”. Me and a buddy used to spin this backwards for friends back in the day. They had to do it on purpose
The piano sounds so weird and spirally when reversed, but the reverse of the reverse shows it's just the sound of a regular acoustic piano... so weird that just reversing the sound can make it so funky
Thoughts: 1. The uncannyness of that, triggers our disgust and fear response to something that is close to thing expected, but not quite it either. 2. We are primed by pop culture to invoke demonic possession when we hear that from all the movies and urban legends.
Because not all songs are of God. Over the years, music has become more, and more secular. It's all part of Satan's plan. Trust me, now in 2021, music is getting more secular every single day. And it'll be like that until Jesus/God comes for the rapture.
The piano chord recorded backwards is what would lure curious kids into playing the song backwards, that's what gives this credence. But I bet most of the lids that played it backwards were already stoned haha
This is why I hate jobs that drug test. I've never had a job that required initial or random drug tests, but if one gets hurt they will drug test you. Stayed clean many times in my life to be clean for a potential drug test when job searching...but every time it didn't matter because I wound up either not finding a job at all or finding a job that doesn't drug test.
Please allow me to enlighten you. What is actually being said is "START to smoke marijuana", not "it's FUN to..." See, the word "dust" backwards, with that British accent, sounds like "start". So please listen again and you will CLEARLY hear Start to smoke marijuana.
I listen to this backward and forwards, I really can't hear it in the music playing forwards. I was watching a documentary on how the music industry gets you hip to this music. Playing the songs backward does make it sound a bit demonic.
If you take a whiff of marijuana, you can also write hit songs like these. Why don't you give it a try ? Considering the number of people who religiously smoke marijuana, the world must be full of songs like these.
I remember back in the 1980s preachers and other assorted religious clowns were all over this like flies on fresh shit. I’m sure if you sang or spoke nursery rhymes backwards you could turn that into a message about drugs! 🙄😒
We'll I looked it up and it derived from 'military-power or Army-ruler" as what Google says, some with all the religious nuts will say it's a Demon or something like that.
1will2000will1 I also thought that it was a good song and that they didn’t mean to make this song into a bad one. But I don’t think I could see this same song the same. 😅
There is a book talking about this topic. The book Buy-ology by Martin Lindstorm (marketing expert) talking about Subliminal seduction and marketing. This type of marketing unconsciously stimulates the brain to buy/do something. Its used by many brands such as coca cola and McDonald's... Some people say this type of marketing is even used in many movies like the Disneymovie The Lion King when the word S-E-X is cleary seen in a dust cloud passing by. Its something you don´t notice but unconscious mind does and makes you react on it.

It's a common tactic in advertising. To pretend it isn't happening in pop music is ridiculous. Yet deniers often claim it's a coincidence or accident. Nope.
