**I understand these stories will bring out frustrations and anger but I ask that you keep in mind that Penny still has two daughters who are going through a lot with this case. Sadie was 7 when her sister disappeared. Wendy was only 5. In no way do we believe that either sisters had anything to do with Anthonette's disappearance. Nor do we believe they would have ever intentionally lied. They were both small children and have lived through a lot for several decades. They may read these comments too...and I would hate for negative, unnecessary comments to trigger them. We welcome comments, questions and even your opinions on the case..but please keep the rest of the family in mind when doing so. If I do come across any comments I feel are hurtful towards the surviving family they will be deleted. Our main goal is to help bring in more tips for the family. Thank you for your support.**
People should if worked the case right from the beginning the stupid FBi won't give details but yet won't do a dam thing. That guy was bringing her gifts bc he was sa her that is what pervs do. It's been decades screw tainted the case there is no excuse bc it's been this long.
Thank you and your crew for all of this riveting investigative reporting on sweet Anthonette. I'm an '80s kid who was just about Anthonette's age (8 or 9ish) at the time her segment was aired on Unsolved Mysteries. I had never heard anything so scary, as a fellow kid, as the recording of her calling police. Question I thought of - have you contacted the Unsolved Mysteries people to see if they have a complete version of the phone recording? You never know what's sitting on a dusty shelf somewhere! :) One thought I had about why Penny wasn't arrested is that the FBI was holding back on that, thinking Penny would somehow lead them to the kidnappers, and then the ball was somehow dropped down the line. :( Anyway, thanks again for making these videos. I wish there was a Crystal Gutierrez to dig into cases in every state! ;)
I have my own master list of 35-40 missing people that I believe are still alive, and Anthonette is on that list. Your segment on her made me realize that there are probably so many other cases that have so many things hidden from the public that are obvious giveaways. I really think Emo is the one. Damn.
If you could turn the music down. It yakes away from the seriousness of the case. Lther than that, you are doing an awesome job! Keep them coming. Keep digging!!
Thank you for finding a way to bring new information to your viewers without jeopardizing the investigation. And for being ethical about people's privacy. The new information is not so easy to handle. This case has troubled me since its episode first aired on Unsolved Mysteries, so for decades now. Some of the cases from that time did eventually get solved. I have a hopeful feeling about this case too.
I love this series, ive followed anthonettes case for many years and you have told me things I didn't know. There are so many cases that need a fresh eye, Ashley Loring heavyrunner, asha degree, tionda and diamond Bradley to name but a few.
Thank you for your tireless efforts into bringing awareness of the case,as a follower of the case I never knew of some of the info y'all have uncovered! I'm curious as to if y'all would do a segment of the Las Cruces bowling alley murders? It happened about 4 years after Anthonette disappearance!
I love the work that you’ve done and you guys should be really proud of yourselves!! I do feel like I have to ask though, how do you guys pick the background music that you use? I was surprised that the music was so upbeat in all these videos given the subject matter.
I've watched all your videos. You've done such a professional job. Your investigation is so thurough. You've done a great job of keeping these cases in the public eye. Excellent production bravo. Can't wait for more videos
You did a great job covering this case, I only know of Anthonette’s story from Unsolved Mysteries. I feel like you and your team have come closer to bring forth a resolution or insight into her disappearance more than any other news segment or broadcast has. I would love to see more! I have a suggestion for another 9 year old missing girl, Asha Degree from North Carolina. Their cases are not connected but have many similarities and she has been missing for 23 years. I think interviewing the family will likely be the biggest challenge. I hope to see you do more of these stories.
So, nobody asked about the status of the two guys? I know they went to Perry's supposed residence. any follow up info on that? Also, internet search seems to show that Emo is alive in Mesa AZ
We do believe Gardellas family is in Arizona. We have also tracked a possible lead down in California. After speaking with family members, we are working to confirm if he is still living. The case is still hot on our minds. Thank you for watching! 👍🏼
Hey Crystal other blogs have said that the call was to the Gallup Police Dept and not 911. That is why some don't belive it was her cause how would she know the number to the Gallup Police. Can you respond to that? I don't believe it was her. Maybe it was her(Penny) to try and throw police off
I feel the FBI should have to answer for so blatantly dropping the ball. And if they didn't, and we're just not seeing the why, then they need to explain. Also, LE is still holding back info decades later; info that could lead to answers. If people are dying that were involved with the case, I feel like they are withholding info long past the point of it being beneficial. Just my opinion.
I wanted to know was there any attempt to reach out to Wendy. I know she was very young at the time but it is usually her recollections that led to the idea Antoinette was abducted and Penny having something to do with it.
I’m so glad you’re covering this case. I bet the guilty ones are nervous because they’re still walking around free. Anyhow, as for the 911 call, I thought she dialed the Gallup police department number directly. Some people questioned how a little girl could remember a 9-digit number. But if Antonette was relied upon by her mother alot taking care of the other kids, chores in the house, etc., I think she may have memorized the gpd number already. But if she dialed 911 wouldn’t it have gone to Albuquerque automatically? What if, the kidnappers told her she was in abq but really she was still in Gallup being held against her will. So when she dialed 911 it went to gpd. Just a thought.
Are we sure Antoinette was related by blood? Is it possible the mother took in this young girl at an early age then sold her off at 9? Easier for a mother to sell a child who is not biologically hers.
i could have swore i heard in your video that penny had a live-in boyfriend if that was true how come we havent heard anything about him and the babysitter that was supposedly there that night with anthonette and her sister?
So the police were okay releasing information to the public (you) but you’re making the decision not to release that info? Some strange gatekeeping going on. Don’t plan on watching any more videos from this channel if they just “tease” info to get views.
