What he is doing now is being done by every single team. There is no longer some diamond in the rough we're going to go and make into the perfect player that doesn't happen anymore. What happens is you need to spend money! Yet, we compete with the likes of Fulham and Brighton for players even though we're the number one selling shirt team in the world last year. Yet we act like we're a mid-table Premier League team on the market. It's embarrassing and it's going to be our demise.
