IKR. Newbie on the braking controls. Normally the train is not allowed to leave forward after it comes back and goes up the back hill.

Weird that they would opt for a second cable lift when the falling chainlift that the real boomerangs use is a very elegant solution. Vekoma only had to use the second cable lift on the Inverted ones because the chain is above the car so they couldn't use gravity to move it away from the train.

Search for Stress Express reverse mounted pov on here. It's a video in this same channel. Go to the part where the train goes up the second spike. You'll see the entire chain drops down to release the train. It's really cool and elegant. It's how the actual vekoma boomerangs work.

@@DanielBlaney Oh, oh, I know what you mean. Yeah, the chain pops downwards so the train will clear it. For some reason, I thought you meant like some sort of "falling" counterweight chain or something. Haha

I rode this exact design at Geauga Lake when it was named Mind Eraser. When Six Flags took over a couple seasons later they had a policy where a disabled person could ride twice in a row. That first year they allowed my sister (who uses a blind cane to get around easier) and I to get double rides. After those 6 loops I had to lay down in a bench for a half hour before I started to feel better. That was too much in a row for me. The following season they clarified that the double ride policy was for wheelchair people only.
