Anxiety and Dizziness: Emery's Binocular Vision Dysfunction Story 

Researching this condition has been life changing and life reaffirming. I haven’t known where to go or what to do, it has been 8 years. I was 24 when it started and I’ve never been the same since. Hearing this man’s story, of having suffered for 20 years, and retiring early… it breaks my heart. I’m so glad he found correction and then relief. It sucks to feel that ppl think you’re crazy 😢 like your symptoms are just psychosomatic, which implies you’re the problem . Thank you Emery for sharing and helping others. I started to have the issue with driving on the highway ever since my mother passed away on Feb 6, 2021; I thought my issue is psychological after loosing the loved one. I took care of my mother for years and she always sit next to me when I was driving. I noticed the issue of having extreme anxiety and balance issue only when driving on the highway, no issue when driving in town. The issue came right off the bat and at first I could not believe it. I had the eye test a couple months a go and the doc said nothing is wrong. I will have my eye test by the BVD specialist, too bad I cannot find one in my country. Might have to do it in the US. Hope i will be able to drive on the highway again... Thanks for sharing...

it's going on 8 years for me, can't get to the bottom of it, gonna explore this angle, thought i don't have a problem driving like many others descrive

I have same problem from 4 years i cant drive long rute everyone says me u have vertigo and i went for eye test they says its ok ur fine i dont no what to do

4hrs … must be nice… i went to one from this website who spent maybe 30-40min of actual testing (most with some machine) and i spent 1k on glasses with the wrong prism rx that didnt help at all. Going to second opinion from a specialist again. They should really check who they vouche for and who uses their name… i did not at all get the testing i was told i should or would and had someone drive me 2 hrs to get to this, since they were listed on the website.

I have double vision from a blow to the head and severe anxiety, you can tell. what does the therapy look like or do you train on a brock string? I have convergence disorders 11 years after hitting my head help me write if my eyes are exercised

How this can be cured ?

Sorry, was the cure for Brock a prism lens in his glasses? Is there any way to reverse diplopia from a binocular divergence issue? How does the program work if you are not an American citizen?

I have been having quite an adventurous ride on my right eye. Having a swelling of the retina and inflammation, and with a cataract progressively getting worser. while being treated with steroids the pressure started shooting up and wouldnt budge had to get a Glaucome implant (Ahmad valve). The poressure is stable. The cataract got worser with inflammation still in the background though medium level, and had to get it removed. It has been about 5 weeks since i had the cataract. Prior to cataract my vision on Right Eye was 20/400, and now after cataract at 20/50 and getting better while inflation still in tha background and being treated. I now have a double vision (No corrective glasses yet). The right eye throws the image South west to the image seen by the good left eye. the double vision is only with both eyes open and looks like it is a Binocular dysfunction. Is it because i still havent gotten corrective glasses or is it common after cataract surgery while the eye is still healing and stabilizing. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
