Muscle tension is probably the most common anxiety symptom.
That tension is not only uncomfortable but can lead to so many other scary symptoms like chest pain, muscle twitches, tingling and so many more. Also can it lead to insomnia which will make all other symptoms you might have much worse. So in this video i try to explain where that muscle soreness comes from and how best to improve your state and keep your anxiety sensation from spiraling out of control.
