This has brought me down to groundedness and calmness so many times when I have been in such pain and discomfort and distress. There is nothing like suffering in the mind and experiencing dis-ease in the body from anxiety and tightness. Im a chronic insomniac- should i listen this through out the night while i try to sleeeep? ive lost my job then i started loosing my sleep. I find the breathing hard to folow as i breath throug only my nose....nit my mouth. .....Should i listen to this through out the night? I am thankful for this video ❤

Unlock Your Life Sarah, this really helped me 3 nights ago.. I have had this new fear/phobia of death and what happens afterward. It is truly becoming something that is taking me over. Sarah, do you have any advice for me? Please. ... hugs n love, Caroline

Dear Caroline, so sorry to hear that. From what I'm reading, this has come on suddenly, is that right? For me, I have no fear of death (but I do have other fears) because I realize that we will all be forgotten but impact will always live on, in some form or other. So I don't worry about being remembered or even living long, I just live each day as a step on my journey. My biggest fear was that life would pass me by when I was stuck in a corporate career that just consumed my life. That is still a challenge, don't get me wrong, as working for oneself, and starting a new vocation takes so much time and energy. But now at least I feel I'm on a better path heading in the right direction. I don't even think that my journey will be complete in this life, I just mark my progress (and my progress is by my own definition). So all that said, I could help a little more by understanding what comes up with the fear of death. What colours, what images, what feeling does it give you in the present moment? Feel free to let me know, Sarah

Unlock Your Life Hi Sarah, thank you for responding, yes it did come on rather suddenly.. I worry about getting a disease, perhaps suffering in pain..I do have a faith I believe in, but the images of being underground come to mind, images of my loved ones who have passed and the scary thoughts of them being buried and creamated come to my mind as well. I worry my heart will stop and I will die in my sleep.. it is all very troubling. Now, even while working these thoughts creep into my thoughts. I do see a therapist, and I take two medicines, but this new phobia started suddenly within the past few months. I had already been on medication for almost a year, so I know that isn't the issue.. I don't know why I am doing this, and it is starting to disrupt each day (and especially nights ), panic has been coming on me worse than ever before.. I just don't know how to make it stop.. it really frightens me :(

Hi Caroline, it sounds like something has been triggered subconsciously. It sounds like there's a sense of lack of safety, of sudden danger. Have you tried my session on Ending Nightmares and Night Terrors? It has layers of imagery of protection and safety? I wonder if that would help? I'm not sure if you are seeing a hypnotherapist specifically but one technique we have that may work for you is to follow the feeling back in hypnosis, this feeling you get that these intrusive images evoke, that may give some insights into where it stems from. But to calm the symptoms themselves my Sleep meditation to End Nightmares and Night Terrors may help. Best wishes, Sarah

I've been trying to Astral project (and I know this isn't the right video for it, but it may get your attention) but I can't get a clear visual of rope or a feeling of a ball of light. I don't get vibrations, instead I get massive twitching, and feelings of floating. I can't seem to escape my body or see without opening my real eyes?
