My thoughts and notes for Julia’s RU-vid video (10/18/24): Anxious, Irritated, Triggered or Upset but Don’t Know Why? Try This. Thanks for sharing the “HHALTD” Acronym. This is a helpful tool to check in with myself. I know I can still have those “off” days even when I have done so much mental and inner healing work. Some days, it could be that I am hungry. Especially when food is getting low before a grocery store trip. Loneliness can have an impact on me as well. I have been connecting with my best friend lately. I have also been talking to his sister. I have another friend who recently reached out to me, so I am thinking about maybe meeting up with him someday. When I can’t or don’t have friends in physical space, I still have some good friends online that I can message and connect with. I think those are the two that impact me the most. Here are my notes: You can do all the mental and healing work and still have one of those "off" days. Acronym: Hungry Hormonal Angry Lonely Tired Discouraged (or Disappointed)
Yes! I couldn't click on this fast enough! A day where I say it's nothing in particular bothering me, but EVERYTHING in general!! Just an aggravated mood. I'm 68 and still working full time. I work 4-10s and just flat tired. Thank you so much for this ❤ I'm going to check out the book you mentioned too.
Hormones, lonely, tired, resentful, and just anxious about the future along with the above. I'm planning on just working and trying not to worry and doing what I can and leave the loose ends to God. Forgive myself for disappointment (being human and making mistakes), going for walks as much as I can, cut back on coffee, eating healthier, and talking to my doctor about my PMDD, insomnia, fatigue, and anxiety over the future.
Been feeling off for couple days and this channel is always something I look for whenever I feel that way. Thank you so much Julia, I grew up watching your channel to help me navigate my feelings and your contents have always been so helpful
Thank you. Your videos remind me that it's alright. I am dealing with many things at the same time. A good night's sleep is important, but not always achieved.
Yes, there is something underlying which you cannot really identify. It is a horrible feeling. #3, #5 and #6 apply to me. #3 much less so, because I have let it go. It has reduced itself to mere irritation. Many thanks to Julia Kristina.
When I feel down, it mainly stems from loneliness, fatigue and discouragement as well as seasonal affective disorder. I don't have friends I can hang out or chat with and I often feel tired and gloomy from the weather. But I know feeling down is normal and I don't need to judge myself for feeling down. I also know that I can do things that can help me feel better like drinking hot tea in bed watching funny videos, tending to my little salvaged native plants, and drawing while listening to upbeat music.
Thank you so much Julia for this very timely and encouraging message. This is what i’ve been going through for the past 4-5years and believe it or not this is the only time that i get enlightened. I am always an emotional wreck and my family /relationship are the one who suffers the most (husband and kid). This is such a great help. I can’t thank you enough❤
You are so true. I am lonely, dissapointed after 5y relationship didnt work out and she doesnt even care.i have no friends here in town and working Home Office totally. I dont feel ready for new woman to believe her.
