This is one of the best ACAAN’s on the market. I hope you will purchase this effect and study the details and small nuances that are covered by Alain. If you are just getting into Mem deck work, this effect will take you down a rabbit hole of pure joy. Thanks for watching.

I apologize for my 6 year old interrupting near the end. I would have had him name cards and numbers, but he opted out. 😂 I hope this gives you good insight into what you get if you purchase Any Card. This is a very good effect and so much fun performing. 😊

Thank you very much for this discovery of Alain Nu, I got the small PDF : Any . I've been using juan Tamariz's MEM Mnemonica for a long time, it's very interesting alain's philosophy on acaan that will allow me to go into more subtlety. Thank you so much for your work and for sharing.🙏

Hey Josh. This and i think also your performance of Everybody s Lazy inspired me to finally learn a memdeck. 2 days in and I finally know it and was able to perform this. Still a bit sloppy though, need to be able to recall positions and do the math faster. Anyways, I was wondering if you had other nice memdeck routine suggestions ?

Mnemonicosis (Tamariz) Invisible Card (Aronson) Test Your Luck (D. Ortiz) Jazzin' (Michael Close) Past, Present, Future (Aronson) A Card and a Number (Al Baker) A Card and a Number (Chad Long) Shuffled ACAAN (D. Behr) A.N.A.A.C. (C. McLeod) Never Going to Give You Up (Redford) No Hands Memory Test (Malone) Weighing the Cards (Hartling or Card College by Matt Baker) I have performed several of these on my channel. @@Cardscrambler After doing Any Card, you've got the deck out of the box, now is a good time to Jazz. Here is what I have a tendency to do. This is based on the positions of the cards they call. This allows me to not have to worry about cutting the deck to reposition the card... 1-3 (Lilly pad idea I used in Any Card) 4-6 (Test Your Luck) 7-10 (Spell to it or count to it using the card named) 11-14 (Invisible Card) 15-38 (Mnemonicosis) 39-47 (Double ACAAN or I will spell to it) 48 (A Card and a Number cull placement by Chad Long to position the KH at their #) 49-52 (Like the lilly pad idea, I use dropping a rock into the lake and watching it sink to the bottom.) 🤜🤛

@@joshwilliams3522 I ended up going with TetraRed stack. Maybe youd be interested reading about it since you mentioned you use RedFord. Jennifer actually worked on it with RedFord himself and Ackerman. There are interesting concepts using half redford stack etc with it

Nice effect. I have to find Alain Nu's trick. Where does he teach it? Thanks

Isn't just like Asi Wind’s ACAAN version you posted? Except in this case it seems your box is untouched. Anyhow, smooth as always

Thank you, Jean! You are trying to create the illusion that this is just as fair as the other one. Any card can be named, but the number range is restricted. This allows you to reach a successful conclusion. A positive is that Alain has eliminated large numbers, which prevents you from dealing over 30 cards, as that can get boring very quickly. Overall, this effect is excellent and one of the 5 best ACAAN's I have learned.

@@joshwilliams3522 cool, I'm adding it on the long list of things I have to learn after watching your videos 😁 Was wondering what is your memdeck of choice? I never learned any but im planning on to. Im questioning if mnemonica is the way to go. I know Dani Daortiz has a lil book on his own stack, not sure if one is better than the other

@jeancerien9408 I used Mnemonica for 2 years, and it's great. The downside for me was the amount of time it takes to get into stack from new deck order. It's a lot of faro's to get there. I switched to the Redford Stack, from Patrick Redford. If you know Si Stebbins secret, you shuffle to Si Stebbins, then put in a simple overhand shuffle passcode to convert into Redford. The same passcode allows you to convert back into Stebbins! If you use Stebbins at all, this is a great benefit. The overhand shuffle takes about 12-15 seconds. I love it. Plus, you can get back into NDO easily if you convert back to Stebbins. ❤😊

@@joshwilliams3522 cool, ill check it out. I recently got the amazing All In book from Allan Ackerman and also learned about this tetra-red stack from Jennifer Gwin. In the book (vol 1 p47), Ackerman says its now his stack of choice after 50+ years of Si Stebbins

I believe a tetradistic stack means it's cyclical, like Stebbins, or Eight Kings Chased. It's a continuous loop? Steven Youell memorized Stebbins and called it the Hacker Stack. Whichever you choose, just learn it so you can convert number to card and card to number. It took me about 35 minutes to memorize Redford. It took 2 hours and 30 minutes to memorize Mnemonica. I learned it in quarters (13 cards at a time) with brute force memory. Enjoy the journey. It's so much fun.
