My hay fever has been ok. However I work in a shop and our sales of anti-alergy stuff has rocketted! 😱

Wear a mask indoors. it must be a good mask not a paper accessory. I have found that this allows the hayfever to calm down and subside really very quickly (15 minutes) hopefully it works for you. People who don't suffer do not understand how debilitating it can be. Good luck
