Inspecting a main sewer drain with the Anysun sewer camera from amazon. The tenant in this rental property had several issues with the main drain backing up. After snaking the line, the owner ordered this camera from amazon so we could confirm that the line was in good condition. Overall, I am impressed. This is a good solution for my needs and a great backup camera for plumbers. Hopefully this helps someone. Thanks for watching.

Just a hint, run some cold water through a few sinks to aid in getting through the line a bit better and less chance of damaging the camera, especially one as cheap as that one. Avoid warm water as this will fog up the lens.

Great. I used it about 40 or 50 times in and out of drains before I kinked the cable. This thing helped me so much to confirm I got all the roots and to check for cracks broken pipes. Well worth it. I can purchase a lot of these for 10k. Haha. I am testing out a vevor sewer camera. Basically the same thing just a different cable holder.

These newer toilets and faucets less water effect the drains to not enough flow to get it far enough dien the line

I'm looking to buy one of these, but I'm understanding from another video, the cable is so thin, that as you real in and out from the brackets, it's starts tearing up the cable where you can see the copper after awhile and so that may not be the best camera for plumbing, I also have a 165' larger sewer camera that I've used 100's of times for over 5 years, but sometimes I need to locate the area, so some of these new smaller ones might do, but the cable I don't trust.

The cable on this modle is Highh quality . I've had mine for 2 years and it stopped working due to electrical issues with the fuse and water getting in from me not taking care of it

Might have to weld a little stand for the line wheel. Or maybe an extension cord wheel

Hey guys, has anyone use the VEVOR 512HZ Pipe Locator Pipe Sewer Inspection 7" Sewer Camera with 165ft Cable. I was looking at this video and the unit is similar to the design of mine but for some reason trying to coil the camera back in is not as simple as the one in this video. I noticed in this video you're holding it with one hand and just pulling on the cable then the wheel moves freely btu for some reason when I try it the coil just starts unbinding out of the casing it's in. Anyone else have an issue like this?
