When you When you walk anywhere near a TC and get immediately jumped by 50 units, 20 of which just appeared out of thin air. (Not that I'm complaining necessarily, but AoE3 really does feel like overglorified chicken sometimes where the first person to try sieging a TC inevitably gets swamped and cleaned up.)

Ya overcommitting can be a big mistake. That's why it's important to scout and read your opponent to understand what shipments they have sent and what could be next. Also, you rarely need to kill a tc to win a game, it's more about containing and denying resources.

Aye, I do like the general rule of thumb of, "If you have a shipment, they probably do too," but sometimes it does get difficult to predict if your enemy isn't floating two shipments for whatever reason. I mean, sure, it's an advantage to be ahead on the shipment curve, but some of the nasty surprises they pull with the hidden shipment of doom... Still, hey, ain't necessarily complaining. I mean, half the time I'm the FF'er jumping pikebow rushes with surprise falconets anyway.

Cool game bro, one thing about this map though: There were both berries and mines to the south east of the map, seeing you had map control, you could've dropped a castle in that corner instead of switching to rice paddies at minute 15. Could've saved you 500 resources (and more, from rice P. upgrades), got you resources faster, and prevented the 15 settlers from being raided to death by the enemy cav 😅 Anyway, gg wp. (Me rn --> ☝🤓)

If it was 5 shrines I would love it, but it's only 4, so it's 500w. The 600w card offers more flexibility. It's not a bad card tho, I should try it when doing toshuga builds!
