This is a review of the AOTTO personal portable oven that can run on 12 volt, 24 volt or 110 volt. Good size for heating a meal at work or camping and for truckers and offgridders. On Amazon: amzn.to/3ciNXMV

Definitely neat little product. I noticed that to about the power adapter when I look at them a little bit on Amazon. Cause I plan on when I get funds to do so I plan on helping homeless in my area and I'm always looking products that be helpful and easily to carry around. Plus when I get money / land I'm gonna go off grid myself.

Yep, it has been hot enough here some days to just wrap up food and let it sit in the sunshine.

Bought it and a stack of foil pans with lids can prep several meals and freeze them looking at a 12v skillet now also I am looking at 12v freezer fridge combos

This thing is really cool. I'm looking at gear for motorcycle camping that is all electric. I'm looking at a 300 w collapsible teapot and 300 w hot plate- they could probably fit into that little oven no problem and still be smashed down a little bit more. Still trying to work out the space and weight. The portable power station I got is an eb3a so it's borderline too big with a collapsible 100 watt solar panel.

Yep, you could store some other appliances inside that unit.

Plastic containers work well. Use BPA free and you’re good! Mine heated for 2 hours with no issues

I got a comment on my review of the personal portable oven that doesn't see how that fits with off grid and sustainable living. You will see that I have reviewed many products I use and recommend on my channel. These are products that generally can be used on low power off grid systems for cooking like that oven that requires no gas, no generator and no propane and runs off my clean free solar energy. The same for the ebike that I ride and the mower that I use and lots of other tools and gadgets I have recommended and appliances like the Alpicool C20 fridge that is now very popular with offgriddders. I am trying hard to reduce my own gas generator and propane use because of the price of fuel and I want appliances I can run without paying and relying on a company. Are there other ways to do that? Sure, if you have a wood stove you can heat your cabin, heat water and cook a meal and I have also reviewed and talked about those extensively in my videos. However, not all places allow wood stoves and they can be dangerous and I also recommend products where a wood stove would not be practical. I have also made videos and have ebooks that show how to use passive solar for heating like my solarium porch and solar air heaters, solar ovens and solar water heaters. I even have videos on solar heated hot tubs and solar assisted composting toilets. Those take more skill to build but all work well. My channel and website is also full of plans to build your offgrid cabins, vardo and teardrop campers very affordably and I focus on recycled and salvage materials and small power systems. www.simplesolarhomesteading.com So, I try to find and review products that are not going to break the bank that can be used by off gridders, campers and also for emergency use in a blackout for people that they can get and use or keep in their emergency preps. That has always been a part of my focus on this channel to make offgrid and sustainable living affordable and available for all people where ever you live and what ever your circumstances may be and that will remain my focus. -LaMar

Love your videos! Bought your book years ago! Finally have enough saved up for purchasing land. Any suggestions on locations? I work remote so not tied to a certain area.

Delivered today trying it out. The heating plate gets Hot 🔥! Can't touch it. I put leftover frozen fried chicken thigh and 2 wings. I put down a tin foil blanket on heating element and using a plastic Tupperware like container. hopefully it won't 🙏 melt. I'll update later.

It should be OK and works well for reheating leftovers.

Awesome/honest review as always. What temperature did it get up too? thanks buddy

I didn't have a temp gauge to measure it but it says they can get up to 230 degrees and good for rewarming cooked foods or frozen foods like burritos. I probably wouldn't try to cook raw meats in it. The Elite Gourmet air fryer is good for a quick meal and their frying pan works excellent for cooking raw foods fast.

A system to heat the house in winter with free energy would be good, also with small solar energy systems... do you have any ideas?

Wood stove where possible, solarium porch and air heaters help. Lots of videos for small off grid power systems on my channel: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SwHpMRuT_lA.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-k8bK9vcjoyI.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6uFZSAj31SQ.html

Hello! Thanks for the review. Do you know how many watts this oven is? Specifically the 12V and 110V. Thanks
@solarcabin
@solarcabin Год назад
I don't remember the watts on that oven but most 12 volt cooking appliances are around 700 watts.
