All major cities are struggling with high population, there is lot of problems like water, drainage, traffic and also common man struggling lot to survive with high rentals specially in hyderabad.
amaravati ni enduku delopment cheyyaledante , ysrcp leaders ( 4 reddys) having lands in Hyderabad around kokapet ,nursing and in srisailam, bangalore roads . hence diverted all resources of AP both human and financial resources. if they do not like Amaravati, at least ysrcp should have developed vizag and rayalaseema by bringing industries both IT and other.. but AMRON was forced to go to Telangana. main agenda for the last 5 years was to divert entire money of the general public and the money earned by the ysrcp people from liquor, sand , miles, Civil contracts , phatma industry ... HENCE AP IS DESTROYED TO ENHANCE THEIR PROPERTIES IN TELANGANA. for getting votes , borrowed money was distributed to people... DUE YSRCP GOVT only , huge speculation in real estate of Telangana was created . that is the reason why ktr and kcr want ysrcp victory ... IF SOMEBODY DO NOT WANT CAPITAL FOR AP SITTING IN TELANGANA, NO BODY CAN HELP ...
Amaravati is a party decision. It is not people's decision reflecting 100% voters or all parties' support. It misses the 40% support of the defeated YCP. People have not voted for Amaravati. YCP was defeated for other reasons. The capital city of AP should be decided by 100% people of AP, not with an absolute majority of TDP or YCP. For this, a commission ( the Sivaramakrishnan Committee) taking the people's opinion has already rejected a capital between Guntur and Vijayawada. Amaravati with nine cities can not be built even with an American budget for 70 years. Amaravati, a fertile area, is not suitable for strong concrete constructions and moreover cost-consuming. Even though Amaravati is developed with 1 lakh crores in phases, the area will be inundated someday. It will become a loss to the revenue of AP. YCP should also support being a people's capital. Otherwise, it is not guaranteed to continue as the only capital.
So what is your conclusion on Amaraavathi?? People in Vizag and Amaravathi also supported TDP now.. it is not one party decision. Jagan, as an opposition leader, also advised that for capital, we need 30000 acres for capital he was thinking it was impossible😂 anyway we need a capital right??
Now a days technolgy improved , nothing is impossible for example we have see the growth in hyderabad with out central suprort how it happened in last 5-10 years, just imagine if the central support is there then how much growth we can expect in Amaravathi.
