I was recently asked how to program an a Gyre to stay on for the first 3 minutes of a 10 minute Feed Mode. Takes a little bit of advanced programming but here is the code!

I am glad you asked - I never thought to do that in a feed mode plus I liked the challenge! I am going to add it to my own programming and I think others in our community can benefit from it as well!
Hope you're well. So I have 3 electric valves/solenoids connected to my RODI system and powered by my apex power bar. Currently, I have them working twice a week on a schedule to automatically fill up my RODI reservoir. However, I would like to now also create a manual button (either through feed mode or through a virtual outlet) to generate some fresh RODI water on demand. I tried a few commands, but it doesnt seem to be working. Currently, to fill up my RODI bucket, it takes about 60 minutes. Valve1 opens the main water line. Valve 2 opens the RO flushing/waste water. Valve3 directs the water into the DI. So basically what my current programming is: open valve1 for 60 minutes while simultaneously opening valve2 for 2 minutes to flush. After 2 minutes, valve2 shuts down while simultaneously valve3 opens up. After 60 minutes, valve1 and valve3 both shutdown, while simultaneously valve2 reopens for only 1 minute to release excess water and pressure. Your help would be much appreciated! thanks
I did basically the same thing with my vortec pumps but I did it different. Basically I have Feed A control my return pump and skimmer. I put a defer on for skimmer so it comes on several minutes after my return. Then I control one of my vortecs(MP-10wQD) via my return pump (If Outlet Retpumps OFF Then Off) I added a one minute off defer, Then I control my other vortec(MP-10QD) via the first one (If Outlet MP-10wQD OFF Then OFF) Then I put a defer off and defer on, on my MP-10QD so it runs for 2 minutes into feeding before it shuts off and then stays off for one minute longer then the MP-10wQD, that way they are not synced up with each other for a more random flow. So what I get is when I hit feed A return and skimmer go off, one minute later one vortec goes off then one more minute later the other goes off, then after 6 minute feed return and one vortec comes on and one minute later the other vortec comes on and like 3 minutes later still the skimmer comes on.
Biz - I have two MP10s with a backup ecotech battery in line. Can I do the same thing substituting the MP10s for gyre? I also want the auto feeder to roll once 3 minutes after the feed mode has started. Thanks In Advance

BIZ can you help? I am sure this is simple for you but I am having a hard time. I want to set up a feed mode where I can ramp down my COR20 to 5% so that when feed mode is done I don’t have to deal with all the air bubbles from fresh start up from shut down.
Hello there, I my self is having a hard time with my feed programing as well, I'm trying to turn on my mp10 after 3 min of feed cycle, I been struggling with getting it correct, and when I get it close my mp10 stays at 100% and it needs to be at 50% during feed cycle a i have the wxm module for both my xr15 pro gen 4 and my mp10 , I know you can figure this out, all help would be deeply appreciated thanks, I'll be watching your channel
LOL I had to hook mine up again to Apex. You first need to open a port on your routers firewall and add your camera to it if you want to see it from the outside world. Once you do that you put the camera tile on your Fusion page. Click the gear , then the plus button and add your url to access your camera. If its the internal one you would use something like login:password@192.168.1.xx/video/mjpg.cgi. To see it from the outside world you would use your routers IP. Every camera and every router is different so you would have to customize to your specific setup but that's the basics. If you dont setup your router you can only see it from the inside of your network. I actually use my cameras app to view it now. Its easier and you don't have to open firewall holes to see it from outside your network.

Hi Biz I am concerned that if my return pump fails I want 2 things to happen 1 I am notified by alert 2 my pump feeding my reactors turns off also to save flooding or running dry How can I achieve this please? Many thanks M
There are different ways to do it depending on equipment. For example I would do it differently If I had a EB832 vs if I had a EB8 or if I had a COR return pump vs any other pump. I would need to know some info on your system
