Rhea: Inserts Sothis in Byleth hoping to have her mother back by her side Byleth: Betrays her for Edelgard Rhea: *No, this is not how you're supposed to play the game*
@@notmisterepicface4308 if you want advice, Bernie will be your best friend; Give her brave bow and a crit ring and she will carry you (will have 4x hits against most enemies with 30-45 crit chance). Give Linhardt a movement speed buff since he will be your main healer. Caspar early game sucks but once you get him war master he will be one of your main physical damage dealers. If your playing as female Byleth, you can recruit Slyvain at the start of the run. Make sure you side with Edelgard pre time skip or else you will go on a different route

RareLight R Well, a character without flaws is not a good character at all. And what defines what’s right and wrong is in the eye of the beholder. El really did believe what she was doing was right, and she is far from flawless, just like everyone else ;)
@@sizzle5775 Nah thats friendship with Twilight of the gods, which, fun fact, i remember being one meaning of the word "Ragnarok" and the theme is basically Celicas map theme in warriors, whos ultimate is called... Apex and Star can coexist, as there is a noticeable difference.
Rhea: YOU BETTAYED ME, AND YOU BETRAYED MY MOTHER! Sothis in heaven: huh, that must suck for her mother, wonder who that is, oh well, anyways you can do it Byleth
“So it’s true, you don’t value human life at all. Isn’t that right, Immaculate One?” “Nonsense! Fools who do not accept their own sins are undeserving of salvation, you humans are the ones who betrayed, you betrayed me and you betrayed my mother!” “I did not betray you or her, I never believed in you from the beginning.”
@@iversonsilva793 Sothis says they are as one before giving him her powers and that she basically needs to use his body to be able to use her powers, so it's not very clear what happened but it seems that they fused in some way. And even if Byleth is not Sothis he is still a good piece of evidence that Sothis is a good person.
Legit I got to Rhea and thought I could kill her before Ashe arrived. He arrived one turn too early, no divine pulses left... I forever think of that moment whenever I hear him talk in new game plus.
I always recruit a few people because I like them too much. Ashe and Marianne are chief among them. I hate the implications when you don't have Marianne with you after the skip, and Ashe is too adorable to not have with me. Him, his brave axe, and his wyvern were crucial in taking out the golems in the final CF level. In the name of Justice!
It’s a good final map in the sense it’s actually fucking brutal compared to the usual “rush the boss finishers”. This and chapter 17 made me rage so hard even with divine pulse
Ingrid and Seteth carried me believe it or not. I had them take out the ballista asap and return to the main group. Took out mages first if they are near with Ingrid, Felix or any high damage/res units allowing my high defensive units to push through with no issues. It took alot of thinking with this chapter and that im grateful for lol. Midway through had ingrid solo left side and Seteth right going for crucial targets first while my main force went mid and pulled a few from the right and left to help leviate pressure. Fliers best units imo :D.
I initially tried rushing through the middle, but half my units died when the folks from the throne room stormed outside. The second time around, I moved everyone through the far left side and had Ingrid deal with the mages from the throne room all by herself while the others dealt with reinforcements. It was way easier.
At this point in the game, I somehow managed to make my Byleth a one-man army and had him solo the middle, then split my team between the left and right paths.
@@sophiayamagughi In normal and hard sure, but maddening? I swear to God, I lost all of my Divine Pulses in that battle just because of her ridiculous power and accuracy
Why doesn't Nintendo just upload their game soundtracks on their own channel instead? Makes more sense than wasting their time bullying small channels and getting all the bad PR for it.
Nintendo: Removes Three Houses Soundtracks from small channels due to copyright Also Nintendo: *doesn't bother to upload the soundtrack online under their name*

Only played through Edelgard's route so far. Seeing Firdiad on fire, watching The Emmaculate One in the back, and seeing my former allies defending her to the bitter end. Goddamn that is just the most epic shit i have ever experienced. So glad this was my first Fire Emblem game
@REDRUM In my opinion, Binding Blade could use one more. Roy is already in Smash, and it was how many years until we got one of Marth's games outside of Japan? FE6 is the beginning of modern Fire Emblem in my opinion, and every game after that (Shadow Dragon, New Mystery, and Shadows of Valentia excluded) built upon the foundation that Binding Blade set. It's far from a perfect game, but no game is perfect.
@REDRUM IMO the size of the map is more of a negative than a positive for me It makes playing FE4 a huge slog even with all the mounted units there are just parts of FE4's maps with nothing to do except move from point A to point B, the bigger maps also make anyone who isn't a mount downright useless since they'll just fall behind OR you could wait for them making an already slow game even slower. FE4, especially for a Kaga game is really easy, so you're not even all that engaged by the gameplay. I'd honestly just recommend newer players to watch the game on RU-vid or wait for a remake to fix these issues, because the story is worth experiencing, well gen 1 is gen 2 is mostly just a standard FE game story.
"To be changed beyond all recognition... That is what lies at the end of the ideals you serve so diligently. I have no pity for one such as you. If that is the future you hope for then you deserve no compassion."
I think Rhea really adds a lot to this. I think Cherami Leigh did a fantastic job of making Rhea sound like an absolute lunatic in this run, and when she finally transforms it only gets better.
Sounds like Rhea right before becoming the Immaculate One for the first time. "I have passed judgment, and now I shall rip your video open and take back our money myself!"
3:52 Reach for my hand, I’ll soar away, Into the dawn Oh, I wish I could stay Now here I stand, The final stage, The place where my path goes; Apex of the world
the fire emblem music team is seriously amazing, they always have been. but I wonder if someone issued an internal challenge that they needed to top every final map theme with each subsequent release.
This is right up there with Twilight of the Gods as a great finale map song. In some way the soundtrack for this game is unorthodox but it works sooooooo well.
This really hit me in blue lions.... After all that time it was time to fight edelgard for the last time. Then she got slaughtered cause she was weak as hell
Same since IMO if fits BL much more and I know this and what I'm going to say next are super hot takes but Funeral of Flowers would have been more fitting for Edie's route.
@@josephpanno6816 that's understandable but I personally think it fits Rhea more. The song sounds like it's full of sadness and regret, and it really shows that because of the event that happened before the battle
@@theanonymousme6015 Yeah I agree I'm not saying it doesn't fit for Church route just that I feel FOF would have been more fitting for the end of the BE route than AOTW since Edie's route is full of tragedies on both side it would have made you think "Yah I'm doing the right thing but was all the bloodshed I had to go through to get here worth it?" instead of a "YEAH TIME TO KILL THE BIG BAD GUYS!!!!" again this is all just my opinion of course. But it really encapsulatesthe feeling Edie has of "I know I've done wrong but I swear it's for the better"
This map was nuts for me. I honestly got terrified when I saw that literally NOWHERE was safe. Felix (Mortal Savant), Ingrid (Pegasus Knight), and Ashe (Bow Knight) were easily my personal MVP's. Felix was constantly dodging and criting, and if it wasn't for Mercedes being around, Ingrid would have won me over and married her instead. She was constantly dodging and taking out those insane magic units with Ashe backing her up by killing any potential threats to her. *(Ashe is THE best boi btw)*
Babu Babu for me i just got to the safe side to the left legit didn’t want to waste my time in Myson since he legit leaves them to 1 hp took the easy route
No argument here, ashe was my last remaining unit in blue lions route and he singlehandedly took out mortal savants, gremories and a demonic beast all on his own. He only fell cuz he solo'd el. So glad I chose to marry him lol
This track made me cry when I first heard it in the game. I realized it really was the last time I was spending with my beloved students. Crimson Flower was my first Fire Emblem experience, and I really enjoyed it much more than I was expecting. Edelgard is such an interesting and complex character; I love her a lot. (Currently on my Blue Lions play through now!) "When humanity stands strong and people reach out for each other... there's no need for gods."
Hans Gretl I finished Azure Moon about a week ago! I love Dimitri, and he’s a really good and well written character, but I feel like Crimson Flower had a more satisfying ending (and final chapters). Currently replaying that along side my Golden Deer play through! (Also, while I do love Apex of the World, I feel like Azure Moon should have used something else for it’s final chapter.....it just didn’t seem like the right track to me.)
Byleth: Alright one down, if we play our cards right we can clear the right side. Agarthan #1: Oh shit...OOOOH SHIT!!! They killed Myson!!! 😱 Agarthan #2: Lets get the fuck outta here!! 😭 *TWSITD run away* Byleth: .....that went well 😐
never played a fire emblem game before three houses, but im glad this one was my first. my first playthrough was the edelgard route and when i heard this playing on that big ass final map i knew i made the right choice. such a powerful song, it fit the battle perfectly. i cant wait to see what the other routes have to offer
I was seriously considering sideing with Rhea but then I: 1. saw Edelgard's death (GD) 2. learned what Rhea have done 3. was digusted with how creppy and clingy she is towards Byleth.
RU-vidrs: Must you continue to block us? Continue to remove us?! Nintendo: must you continue to reupload? Continue to repost? RU-vidrs: enough of this madness!
Me: "Maybe I'm too hard hating Edelgard..." Edelgard: "I want to keep this war. Only one can rule it all." Me: "Bitch. But maybe she has her reasons..." *Hegemonic Edelgard attacks from distance, twice and there's a bunch of mages and crit warmasters in her map* Me: "....*NO HESITATION*"
Yeah she went a bit insane here... But I still stand behind her 100% for starting the war. Needed to be done. Edelgard is just a phenomenal hero in the fire emblem series and she doesn’t deserve all the hate she gets. EDELGARD IS AWESOME ❤️❤️❤️
Ben Mackie You can hear the Fire Emblem main theme hidden in many tracks of this game. Even when the officers academy's bell is ringing when you go explore the monastery and when you have spent all of your activity points
Cause they gave him a stupid and accurate “Bring you down to one health” move. I do find it funny that he never got a unique portrait when there are plenty of ones who were just an unimportant
I like the cast of BE so much more, including Edelgard, and the route could have been the best if more polished. As it stands BL route > GD route > BE route But BE house > BL house > GD house. But hey GD are still cool.
5:47 . when this is the instrument for the edge of dawn and it still have the soundtrack that we used to hear in the prologue. It hit me harder than a truck
