Now what is your handicap with new irons?

I'm off 18 and was getting fitted for the Mizuno 245s (I was playing the 225s) but found I couldn't get a good spin rate regardless of shafts used. Was advised to try the 770s and found them just as easy to hit but with considerably more spin than the Mizunos. Also, the 7 iron went the same carry distance for both despite being weaker lofted in the 770s. Mizunos did look and feel awesome though.

handicap doesnt mean that you have bad ball striking

I would say closer to P770. The 790 looks elephant size in compared to the Apex Pro.

Apex Pro 7 iron is 33* of loft. The P770 is also 33* of loft. The P790 7 iron is 30.5* of loft. For me, the P770 is closer to the Apex Pro
