This master piece is flawless beauty. This song could only be described in the highest form of abstraction; no discrete form of language could possibly describe it.
The imagery I get from this song is indescribable. I can picture an enormous whale, responsible for that rhythmic aquatic sound, just gracefully swimming in very deep water. Ever since I made that association I cannot help but imagine it every time I listen to this track. Thanks yarb! :)
Yeah I def agree with you guys. It's really hard for me to choose favorites off this album, but I'd say this is up there, topped only by the sheer brilliance of Tree and Rhubarb.
Sadly, there is no escaping the inevitable, as death started it's walk the day we started our life, closer and closer in until death is before you, and you'll say, "i just wish I could live some of the old days with family and friends" please remember to live, laugh and love, we are a part of the universe, and soon will be gone, an eternity of darkness before, a little light, and an eternity of darkness after, so get out and live while you can, you'll never be younger than you are now, time wastes and destroys your body, but heals your mind, don't dwindle to long on the past, live the now, some people won't wake up to see tomorrow.
How incredibly right you are? I have been disillusioned the past 4-5 years and am now finally beginning to see it all make sense. It did take me a while and I still don't know what to do but I will continue to give my best, learn and do my hardest. I will never be able to get back the time I gave away and lost but I can also choose to not waste anymore. Oh how the Earth is an insane asylum.
@element6464 I see an underground cave with giant massive blue crystals everywhere and little drops of water pattering about and landing in light blue ponds
Reminds me this Whistler seascape painting upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/89/Nocturne_by_James_Abbott_McNeil,_1870-1877.jpg Also i remember listening to it while traveling on boat from Venezia to Corfu, as we where sleeping on the deck
