It's kinda funny just how far away 'close' range is for Aphrodite's boons. Turns out the edge of the close range circle is about the reach of the Beeg Axe from my experience. So it's useful even with the staff.

Dude the Scyalla fight just continues to impress. From the dropped instruments as you defeat the sisters, the audio change in the clam, the new audio, the call outs... there needs to be a rhythm game spin off

One of my first shock in Hades 1 was how how strong the boons of aphrodite were, especially with the special aspects

Man gotta love beelz energy. Scylla fight horrible but the music makes it so worth. Also flood gain by far the superior mana gain boon. Makes salunes blessing always be active. This game is amazing 👏 for the devs

Helpful tip for the banshees. Use your cast on them to stop them til they're done with their screech. I've found them easier to deal with that way. Love the content btw

BEELZ! Have you figured out your cast is a snare yet? I bought the game last night and was playing, and was like "holy shit this is good." Since you're all about the Demeter cast--which looks a lot less OP when you realize everything gets stuck in the circle like it's flypaper at base--I thought you might be interested. I don't remember you ever talking about it in your previous videos, though that could just be my bad memory It's REALLY good for the banshee ladies and those fish in the underwater levels. Just drop your cast, watch them get stuck in flypaper and laugh at the nerds. Hestia has a boon that lets you shoot your cast like a fireball that's massive OP because it still works as a snare too. You can snare-lock huge groups of enemies across the screen! EDIT: I JUST GOT TO THAT PART OF THE VIDEO THE SNARE WORKS ON THE RAT! I haven't faced the rat in my runs but it was TOTALLY stuck!
