OK. So I watched this video yesterday. And hubby and I tried it. Both our feet are problematic to say. I tend to get calluses & dry skin because of flip flop addiction and hubby has a toe nail fungus, hard skin on soles etc etc. So we spend alot on footcare. We are amazed with the results. I put my feet in a plastic packet with some ACV and a little water and soaked it up for 15 minutes. My nails are brighter and the callus skin peeled off easily and my soles are smoother. Husbands feet also smoother and nails brighter too. Tinea pedia under his feet actually dried out like scabs. Gross I know! Just needed to share the amazing results.
It took away pain from my feet, toes, nails. The pain was unbearable even when a blanket hit while laying down was so excruciating I would cry. The treatment took over a year couple times a week 30 to 45 minutes of soaking my feet while watching a movie adding hot water oh la la. Now I have no pain at all it's completely gone. I do it now every now and then as I found out it detoxed my whole body as my feet was soaking, pretty cool. I had tried many other treatments before this and I personally found this to be the most effective.

Thats Gout, the blanket or bed sheet test is a classic indicator of a bad attack, uric acid crystals in the joints especially large toe area, feel like you broken your feet overnight. 😢
When my armpits itch, I apply white vinegar on my pits, and what a relief! Thanks, doc for inspiring me to use vinegar EVERYDAY as part of maintaining healthy digestive system and beauty regimen for pits and scalp. Hahahaha. I use white vinegar as scalp conditioner, and itchy scalp is just a thing in the past. Thanks again, doc.

I do the same. I use ACV instead of the mother. That stuff is expensive. The mother is about $9-10 a piece. I only get 3 uses out of it. One cup per use. It adds up.
For some reason my feet would get itchy at night, to the point I couldn’t sleep. So I started soaking my feet in apple cider vinegar and it completely stopped that itchy feeling! I don’t even soak my feet anymore. But if I start to feel that itchy feeling I just pore the vinegar on my feet by itself and rub it in like lotion lol it’s AMAZING!!
put 2 tablespoons of jojo or olive in a bowl and add 1 or 2 drops of tea tree oil. mix and apply to your feet, toes and toenails, after a week you will see the results. If you don't get better, see your doctor athlete's foot
😂no lie! I was just telling my wife yesterday that my toe nail fungus on big toe is looking better or healthier since I started drinking apple cider vinegar two weeks ago. 😯
Even tho I soak and sometimes i can’t do it daily but I got a mixture in a spray bottle I spray my toes and feet 3-4 times a day with it will that be effective also
I didn't know diabetes caused toenail fungus... I'm soaking my feet now in apple cider vinegar and water and hopefully get my two big toes back to good toenail health 😊

For example: 2 parts water to 1 part ACV could equal 2 cups of water and 1 cup of ACV. It's a ratio thing from my understanding. It's up to you what you decide the measurements are but to keep that ratio equal.
I do dialysis and it’s a lot well can be just watching really what you eat Ahs drink and sodium intake But it doable cause you don’t wanna feel bad, but I been in renal failure for over 16 yrs now and I’m still learning about my body and kidney failure ❤ prayers to you
I don't have that one but I did put white vinegar and my feet smell good and my feet pain felt better I could walk better I'll be buying the one you have on hand
I have been use it on my hands and feet and nail for 4 days and I’m not sure if I mcrazy but I see a difference in how my skin looks like in those area, I’m still getting antifungal oral pills from my doctor this month tho
If you haven't tried Smart Lotion by Harlan MD, I would try it. I had eczema on my hands really bad. I started using Smart Lotion about a year ago. It's been a life saver. It is supposed to work for psoriasis as well.
I dont know.. After cleaning my feet i soaked them in acv while also scraping and filing. To my surprise and slight horror, after rinsing everything off and began drying, the toestink came to me like a brick, ive never experienced such strong smell right after a wash or soak..
My feet r already soft bc i exfoliate & moisturized daily but this one is also good to just sit back & relax 😂 & acv can perfumed ur feet too 🤣 dr m 👍💕
Yes it is fantastic! I have to clean floors at work and my shoes always get wet so I was getting a nail fungus 😟 one day my toenail was hurting and I put some Bragg's ACV on a paper towel and put it on my toes. It worked! No more pain!
