Simply MIND BLOWING,AMAZING,WOW!! Have been a chronic insomniac for many years barely sleeping a few hours a month. Been through different medications, techniques etc. over the years. This video popped up last night just when I was getting ready to get into my bed. Did this technique. Just got up after six hours of deep sleep feeling healthy, refreshed and bouncy ready to take on the world. Seems like I slipped into sleep within a few minutes right after I did it. I started doing this … and I literally felt like a bubble popped in the center of my chest with8b seconds! I’ve been dealing with a lot the last decade plus, and suddenly started having anxiety issues lately. I can go into a panic attack for no apparent reason! @@parvathib.n3970 yes, H7 works wonders for sleep and relaxation. Slowly with time, you can ask your doctor to review the dosage of the medicine you are taking (if any only if it is for sleep). If medication is for other reasons, please continue. Taking your doctor's review from time to time will help for any medical condition. Hope that helps!!
I have been struggling to sleep all week, and last night had news that was worrings and told I would get a call tomorrow to discuss. You would think that would make things worse, but I did this technique and I fell to sleep much quicker than usual and when I woke up I expected it to be somewhere between 2am to 4am like usual, but it wasn't. I had slept the whole night without waking up early. It was 5:45am, just 15 minutes before my alarm goes off to wake me up. I was so amazed. Praise God and thank you Dr Mandell.

Watched this video while sleeping at yesterday night and used this trick and fell asleep within a few moments. I just woke up from fast asleep. I don't remember anything between. This trick is much effective!!
I will try this tonight. what i noticed as a followed along was a distinct feeling of heat through my hands and wrists In my yoga practice we sometimes rub our hands together to "bring the heat" and i believe that yoga postures also put pressure on these important points which is one reason it is so relaxing. thank you for this. I had, for the first time bad anxiety with everything these past two years brought, you helped me regain my equilibrium.
i have insomnia since years , and so did my dad. i couldnt sleep for a whole week sometimes during pandemic and was so stressed out and almost insane saw this last night and immediately after doing this felt peaceful and a sensation on the back of my eyes and forhead and got so drowsy . i wasnt able to keep my eyes open for my usual netflix or you tube and slept like a baby . thank u Dr Mandel. pls kindly do share such effective acupressure techniques more and also pls for thyroid and all too. ❤ fom India .

holy sh... this one REALLY works, wow!! It really didn't take long until the effects started, it actually was quite immediate and just got more intense in time. After doing it i had a completely different perspective on how stressed / not relaxed it was before, despite me just sitting in front of my computer watching videos. Great stuff, wow, thank you!

I've had SEVERE insomnia for 25 years. I will try this for the next few nights and let you guys know if it works. EDIT: It was relaxing but had no effect on sleep. I encourage anyone with milder forms of insomnia to try it!
Take about 20,000IU of Vitamin D about 30-60minutes before bed. Preferably take it already containing MCT oil or if not consume it with some form of fat like butter. Repeat this for 7 days then lower your vitamin D to a maintenance dosage of 10,000IU. See if you notice a change in your sleep after 14-21days.
I actually take one 20mg of melatonin and do the military sleep hack and I'm usually asleep in about 20-30 min. As soon as you feel the melatonin kick in a little bit, jump into the military sleeping hack.

I keep my room cool, dark, and electronic free other than a CD player playing very soft relaxing music. Go to bed at the same times every night and you'll train your body to fall asleep quickly. Been doing this for many years. Good luck.
I do nothing for my sleep actually it's all over the place and when I put my head on the pillow I'm already asleep and not even thunder nor fireworks can wake me up, I need like 5 alarm clocks to wake me up, my family is jealous of this

It really does work, I thought it was going to be a bunch of BS, but I tried it and it works! Shuts my brain right off, relaxes me and puts me right out, all night for 7 hours! For me, that's unheard of, I'd only sleep for about 4 hours then I was right back awake, mind going 1000000 miles an hour and no chance of going back to sleep. But with this simple little thing, my mind shuts off, I get relaxed, and I'm out for 7 hours straight. Try it!
It has been so many years since I have had a good nights sleep. I can sleep 3 to 4 hours and then I up for a while then back to sleep for another short while. I wouldn't know how to act if i could sleep through the night once. Thank you and God Bless you Dr. Mandell.

I'm gonna try this tonight. Usually when I'm really stressed out I can for hours without getting any sleep. It feels so awful when I actually have to go and follow my routine. I hope this works. I'll edit my comment to update. Edit: I cannot say for sure if it helped me last night or not as i was really tired myself and kinda dozed off on my own. I need to do it for atleast a week and see if it does help me. I did try it tho last night but I think my exhaustion was the reason I feel asleep soon. I do want this technique to work tho. Edit 2 : tried it last night. Not once but many times and yeah didn't work on me. I had a sleepless night 🙁 Edit 3 : it's my observation but I think this technique only helps me to relax. That's all. I didn't do it last night but when I did try the other night it helped me relax momentarily until I started getting anxious and yeah couldn't get any sleep. I'm envious of those who could fall asleep(using this technique). I'll still keep on trying tho.
