200 gr Plain / All-Purpose Flour

2 large Eggs

1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon - optional
Apple Topping
15 gr Unsalted Butter - melted
2 to 3 small Apples
Almond Flakes - to taste, optional
Vanilla Syrup Glaze (optional)
30 ml Water
30 gr Caster Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste
