Looks delicious! It will definitely be making an appearance in England on my dinner table and in a future What's For Dinner. 🤗 Thank you for sharing the original recipe/Casey Burgess...I'll make sure and thank you and her once I've eaten all of my fritter loaf! Lol. Take care.
Oh Leisa...this just isn't fair. I have everything I need to make this delicious looking loaf and I had promised myself not to bake anything this week, I have been doing too much grazing. But apple fritters are my favorite thing so I will just convince myself since this isn't deep fried it won't have near as many calories. Right !!! Thanks so much for sharing this. Have a Blessed day. And Phil, I could tell by the look on your face you were having a slice of heaven.
That looks so yummy! I have some fresh apples but also have several half gallon jars of dehydrated apple chunks. Decisions, decisions...maybe I'd better make one loaf each way to see which is best. hahaha Thank you Leisa!
I was sitting to the dinner table tonight and said I was going to look for a recipe for apple fritters. I turn on the computer and there you are with this wonderful recipe. I will be making several of these tomorrow for family. Thanks to Cathy and you. I know it will be awesome.
There is a peach farm off I65 in Clanton Alabama that makes peach bread but they chop up spiced peeled speaches in what I think is chopped up bread dough let it rise then bake it 👍💕😋 can only get it in peach season and if I passing through 😣
Yummmmy I am so going to have to make this. The only problem is that I will have to make two because once my kids smell it there won’t be enough for everyone else lol.
I am going to make this very soon! I asked for apple fritters on a grocery pick up order two weeks ago and they were out. I've had a hankering since then. Plus, I've got apples to use up. I think this will be our breakfast tomorrow!
Oh, heavens. I am half way through a chocolate cream cheese cake and this pops up. I love apple fritters and have two bags of apples. I've already gained ten lbs back since we been locked up.
Yum!! Thank you for sharing! I made this this morning from your video. I didn't have any fresh apples but had some apple pie filling I canned this fall, so I used that! I just took it out of the pan too soon and broke it. Oh well! We are still going to eat it.
“When did it become a girl? I don’t know.” Hahaha! Seriously, when I say this is evil, I mean it in the “if I made it there would be none left but I might make it anyway” category kind of evil. It looks lovely. (Evil!) 🤣❤️👍🏻
Wow that looked so good I just rushed off to my kitchen and made one too. Its in the oven right now. I did add nuts to mine and I grated the apples. Don said he would help me, and he did. He cleaned the mixing bowl . Ha! Ha! Thank you for this recipe Blessings Carol
Oh, my gosh! This looks a-m-a-z-i-n-g! I've been looking for a special treat for my hubby, and I think this is it! I have some apples I need to use, and I can't wait to make it!
Oh my goodness this sounds and looks so Yummy! I have a couple apples that have been begging me to do something with them and this sounds like an excellent option for them. Thank you very much for thinking about us! God Bless Stay Healthy!
@@mairzydotes3548 I'm going to rehydrate first so it doesn't mess with the humidity of the bread. But if they are small, you can just put them in dehydrated, but they may not all become soft.
Hi there. I just had to make this immediately after I saw your video! I cooked for an hour and realized I really should put back in another 10 minutes like you did. Mine is pretty brown at the top but the middle has a sunken hole so placed it back in the oven, after I shut it off, for another 5. What did I do wrong or what would you recommend I do next time?
