Would like to give a big thanks to Ben for the resources and videos he’s provided on helping those prep for the Apple interviews. I received my offer today after my first attempt in applying for an Apple retail position, I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity. My process was 4 phases of interviews 3 of which were group interviews. All I can say is do the homework and prep it does help a ton and give you an edge compared to other candidates. (Just be authentic too don’t worry about being perfect, go in with mindset of having fun with the interview process it makes it even better!)

hi just gave my final interview today at apple i am 20 years old uni student and your videos helped a lot here are the questions from my interview introduce yourself why apple tell me about a time you took initiative in doing something tell me one thing that you are working on or trying to improve / it could be anything personal , professional , hobby etc . i hope this helps

I just wanted to drop by and say after watching all your videos and spending a couple weeks from my initial application all the way to the 2nd interview that i just received my offer and now starting the background check! These videos definitely helped me be prepared for every question and even though some of them weren’t word for word the same these videos can help you navigate them with ease so you’re not blindsided! Your videos gave me a boost of confidence as well since I usually freeze with on the spot questions but if you take a day and watch all of ben’s videos youll definitely get an offer

I got my offer letter a week ago from Apple but I got another good offer from another company and have yet to decide which route I want to pursue ... Decisions Decisions I wish you could come in to Apple as a full timer instead of having to wait 6 months + a spot has to be open. Ben your videos helped a lot in the process much appreciated

Did not have to interview with the store manager and the district manager back in 2011! It seems things have gotten a lot harder to get hired since then! Back then, all you needed to show was your great customer service, sales service or tech support skills and how you can help The Apple Store make money and satisfy the customers during the 2 interviews I had. I was hired after the 2nd interview and worked their for 4 years and 4 months. I don't think I would get hired now! lol!

Also, some of the new questions that were asked that I remember were as follows: Also they only had 3 questions for me 1. Tell me about a time when your positive trait turned into a negative trait and how you handled it. 2. Tell me about a time when you helped your co-worker in a difficult situation. 3. Tell me about a time when you turned a customer who was angry into a loyal customer. There were many follow-up questions

Hi Ben, I just did the group interview and it went a little different than the usual interview. We didn’t introduce ourselves we just got straight to it. 1. What does success mean to you? 2. How have you been successful in your current role? 3. Tell me about a time where you almost lost a customer but turned it around. 4. Describe a time where you went out your way and others didn’t. 5. Describe a time where you took an experimental approach to get something done. Then the manager opened up floor for follow up questions.

Hello Ben I just finished my Phase one and phase 2 interview and I want to say everything went great, with the help of your videos I was able to answer all questions that were thrown against me easily I got an email that I have qualified to the final round of the interview and I will Be meeting the store manager or leaders. I must say I am really anxious and hopeful i crush this one too and land the job offer I will keep you you updated on the status of my final interview results

For a part time specialist role, I did my first interview (phase 1) with a group of 3 other potential employees and an interviewer. Your videos helped a lot with this! My second interview, phase 2, your phase two video helped quite a bit as well! I just got called back for a phase 3 interview! What video of yours would you recommend?? I’m nervous because I’m not seeing a lot of phase 3 information 😅

ben !! just had my third interview today with the hiring manager following the initial interview and group interview and they all have been absolutely amazing thanks to your videos, i felt SO prepared to the point it felt like i was just conversing with a friend. i never comment under youtube videos (ever) but i just needed to thank you endlessly for your help. i'll update you when they get back to me, but im feeling very hopeful !

Ben thank you so much for your advice and help! For all my interviews I studied all your videos and incorporated my own stories to these questions. I had a total of 2 interviews; the first in person group interview at the store and the second was online also with a group with regional managers of each Apple Store. I got the call today from my preferred store to work at that I got the job and they would love to have me. I will say Ben the questions they shared were very different during the second interview (they really had to make me think on the spot and at the same time give an example that relates). For all the interviews, I was real, myself, not robotic at all and importantly human and came across empathetic and approachable. If you would like for me to refresh the questions, just comment and I’ll try my best to remember. Thank you Ben!

Hey Ben, thanks to your videos I passed my final interview and have been told that I was successful! However, I was informed that they were hiring for a future role and that I’m in the “talent pipeline” I was just wondering if this is normal procedure? I was planning to follow up on it soon and ask for a rough ETA

No Store Group Interview or Panel Interview back in the 2000s and early 2010s back at The Apple Store when I worked their from 09/15/2011 to 12/31/2015. Just 2 interviews and you got the job! No phone interview, either! It seems it's gotten way harder and cumbersome to work at Apple, Inc. now!!

Hey Ben thank you so much for your videos. They have been very helpful, I have made it pass the phone interview and my 2nd phase interview and I have my third and final interview coming up by the end of the week. FYI I don't know if they still hold the group interview because at the location I applied to, I asked the manger that interviewed me about the group interview, and he said that they stop doing group interviews a while ago. I don't know if its for that specific location or if it's different at other stores. Also I was wondering if there are anymore advice or tips and tricks for me to really standout for my final phase?

I just got my job offer and I’d like to say thank you so much I’ve watched ur video’s multiple times before my interviews so that I felt confident in what I was saying two things that worked for me was utilizing star format when giving my response to the questions and also just taking a tour on apple’s website careers page in the life at apple Page and speaking on shared values like inclusion and diversity and what that meant to me crazy enough I did my phone screening my phase 1 group skipped my phase 2 and went on to phase 3 and got the job offer and let me not let it sound so easy this was my 3rd attempt and this 3rd attempt I used everything you helped me with and asked two great questions at the end I walked out of there feeling like I already got the job and got a phone call after a week after doing phase 3 so whoever is still out there trying you got this !! Be yourself smile and always tell urself you got this, it’s suppose to be fun laugh smile when others speak look interested and be say I really like how you said this or that or wow be show ur a team player and take initiative to go first and if someone tried same time as you smile laugh you can go James I’ll go after :) and thank them for the opportunity every time and smile and laugh I notice from my 3 attempts it’s legit personality and showing you can provide a great customer experience utilize that and empathy so you have good people skills I haven’t done an interview in a long time I was with another company for 7 years my first attempt I was really nervous didn’t know what to say that flopped second attempt I made it to phase 2 and my most recent I skipped phases from 1-3 and got the job I said a lot but I’ll end with this to whoever reads this just be confident in yourself and smile and laugh you’ll go along way 😉👌🏻

I just got the first interview today, virtually, I always assume it gonna be 1 on 1, but it’s actually a group interview with 4 other peoples, (which I didn’t work on from your videos) so I was pretty unprepared to stand out. All questions we got was kind of different than what I learned from your channel, there’s this particular one “tell me about a time you feel energized to find a solution” can you give some suggestions for this one pls

We talked a bit, and he presented me the job [...]. He then asked me which store I preferred [...], at the end he signed me into a webex conference [...], I think it went great since he sold me the job at the first second of the interview; what are you thoughts ? Just finished my phone interview. Going into an in-store group interview on Monday. Coming from the gas and oil industry with no customer service experience I felt like I bombed the questions asked over the phone (give an example when you provided great customer service). It’s difficult to come up with an example on the spot that’s related to the questions asked. Your videos will be on repeat all weekend.
