@@ClickingKeys I'm not a RU-vid, but I know it can be hard to keep things going when we don't have many subscribers, etc. You might find 58Keys by William Gallagher interesting (ru-vid.com). Just one note: the audio perhaps isn't as clear as it could be.

Great video, as well as the other videos. Can you also create a video where you describe how to mount SBM/CIFS drives via Apple Script or JavaScript ?

Thanks for the message Accla89. I plan on doing a full series of videos about AppleScripting. I had not originally thought to add a “mount drive” one, but that’s a great idea! I’ll add it to my list. Thanks for the input.

Thanks so much for the well-explained tutorial. I have a few simple things I wish I could automate on macOS but couldn’t find out how. I look forward to your tutorial and learning more. How difficult would it be to write an apple script capable of bringing an application into the current working Desktop? Say I have Safari open in Desktop 1 (active desktop) and Notes app in Desktop 2. I am in Desktop 1 and would like to bring Notes into the active Desktop, i.e., 1, with a simple keyboard shortcut of my choice. What I currently do in this scenario is go to the Dock, right-click the Notes app, select Options, select This Desktop. To avoid having the Notes app stuck to the current Desktop going forward, I repeat the steps but select None at the end. This sounds like something that can be automated, but such a task is currently above my skills level.
