Walter gotta tell you this, I've complained in the past abt 60fps being absent. Now it's a pleasure to watch the videos in 60fps. So smooth. Fun to watch!

Good to see more folks finding what a masterpiece this machine is. I'm lucky enough to be able to beat on pretty much every new midsize ADV bike for days at a time - there's a reason the Tuareg is the one I bought with my own money. Also worth noting, you can idle in 6th gear and roll without having to feather the clutch. I've sat slightly uphill before and gone through all the gears without touching the throttle and once in each gear, just let the clutch out fully and it does well.

I've got a 2022 Tuareg too. Versus the Tenere the underseat fuel tank on the Tuareg give a much lower center of gravity. The Tiger 900 was a close second but 50 lbs heavier and more expensive. Cruise is great for covering distance on the highway.

I also noticed the bars being off, but I just thought it was camera distortion

I bought one in 2022 got number 48 off the line. I fucking love this thing. It is also surprisingly DIY friendly If you like to wrench on your own stuff.

Yeah I was gonna say, in gear as long as you're not on a 125 or lower the bike should be able to easily pull you without stalling in first.

I bought a Tuareg my dad and friend got a tenere they both prefer the Tuareg and I’m still In love with it after a year I’m 6’1 and got a cheap 20$ windshield extension on Amazon and it got rid of all buffering and wind noise

Finding Neutral while stopped/idling... Kawasaki NAILED IT with their 'Positive Neutral Finder system'. Kawasaki did that, what, back in the late 80's/early 90's? 🤔, just drop the gears to 1st when stopped, and you'll get Neutral each and every time without fail...😏👌 😎🇬🇧

I have had the 2019 ktm super adventure and I have the 2023 right now. I personally have had both in 1290 and I loved the bike. I’m 6 foot 4 and it was the best fitting bike for longer distances. Keep up the hard work man.

WATLER! Chris here from the live stream on Monday. I went out for a very rainy 15 min ride in my new Shoei RF1400. I got it today and it is soooo nice! fits like a glove, no pressure points so far, I think it'll break in very nice. Also, WOW that thing is so much quieter than my old leaky AGV K1! Im not sure if you'll remember this Walter, but a little over a year ago I asked what gloves you were wearing, and I was shocked when you saw it and replied. I bought the same gloves and adore them in the colder weather, but its funny to me watching this and seeing your velcro strap doesn't fasten. Mine do the same thing. Great gloves though, and I'll likely order another set like them when I deem these "worn out." Thanks for the recommendation my man!

I went from being super young watching you years ago to turning 20 this month... time flies! We should go for a ride sometime, I picked up my first bike (2012 Yamaha r6)!!!! I picked it up from inspiration from your old bike!

I rode both the tuareg and the tenere and the tenere world raid (as far as I know its not available in the US) on test rides here in europe. The tuareg definitely felt better in every way to me (I think the one you tested definitely had some sort of limitation, the one I rode pulled better than the tenere did all the way to redline) the suspension you get on it from the factory is amazing. A stock tenere cannot compete with the tuareg offroad with its shitty stock suspension. If you are having a tough time deciding just think about the money you have to spend on the tenere suspension to get it on par with the tuareg and you'll see that the aprilia is just better value. And that's not even mentioning the cruise control and quickshifter which is non-existent for the yamaha.

Hi,I have this great bike,and also ,I feel the bars bended to the right ,but after measurements,are not!. I have 190 cm height,too,and the Puig touring screen,tall comfort seat,QS,heated grips and crash bars are recommended. Ride like a bicycle,full of fun.

Went for the T7 rally, reason dealers network and heat is apparently a thing with the tuareg. Also the after market parts and options and community are huuuuugeeee! Still don't think either choice could have been wrong. But I use it offroad and the solutions coming out like the new better fairing is also a big yay!

Friend of mine just got one in red and black, it does look pretty sweet! Pretty competitive as well, given that it has an option for cruise control and the T7 still doesn't even the option. It's a bit more expensive, but have you ridden the Desert X yet? I'm a little taller than you, and for me that bike just hits the spot exactly right. Both standing and sitting down.

Thank you for the neutral test. It seems so simple and I've heard revzilla every once in awhile. They'll talk about it in their review but never show you.

Look into the adventure bikes that bmw make. They come with a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. They have models priced similarly to the bikes your looking at.

My ninja 400 is able to maintain 6-7mph on its own. Haven’t had it stall out on its own from it but it def sounds like the limit is 5mph @10:24

the unicorn you need to try is a bmw gsa 800 not the newer a 2016 or 2017 these are great i had one sold it a week later bought it back aftermarket parts are plenty make it into whatever you need
