I try to do one of your workouts every day. This is one of my favorites for higher intensity without the lower body weight section that the harder ones have.
My pool does not have a flat floor where the water is up to my chest. The low end is about three feet and then slopes down to the deep end. I do your exercises on the slope of my pool. Is this ok?
Hi! That sounds like my pool bottom. Just move around to the correct depth depending on the exercise. You can bend the knees to get deeper on some of those moves.
The class I attend use a float around the waist. I am curious, should I wear a float belt? Is this just a liability issue that they have me wear a waist belt?
Are you in deep or shallow water for those workouts? I highly recommend using one in the deep as being in the deep water can get tiring fast and it is great back up option. I don't typically use one in the shallow end???
