I would never have believed an a workout in the pool would be effective. Boy was I wrong! I do parts 1 & 2. I’m working up to all three!! Stacy, you’re so clever and sound in your teaching!
A great way to work on balance for sure. There are 3 parts to this workout so be sure to try them all. I am also working on a video of just balance exercises in the pool that will be coming soon.
Thank you for these videos. I am new to pool workouts and I've had tennis elbow for the last 6 months. I also cannot jog on a treadmill or outdoors anymore so I was looking for a joint-friendly pool workout. I've watched some of the beginner videos and want to progress to something more challenging. The gym wants $90 for 30 minutes of training (!). I signed up for two sessions just to get started, but that's it - the price is outrageous.

I teach land and aqua and I prefer aqua as I can build muscle but be gentle on my joints. Aqua is very joint friendly!!!!
