I sacrifice it for a AL enlightenment book... But I perform really good with the giant book, so thank you for your tips video, it convinced me trying new things. (I uploaded a clean chapter 21 sweep with the new DBR + Giant book combo even with a rare giant book)

I also don't really like the arcane archer book, because it messes up my stutter stepping. I normally stutter step by just tipping the screen instead of wipe over my screen. I could get used to it again, because I used the freeze book for a pretty long time, but now I am used to the enlightenment/ giant book ^^`

@iPICKmyBUTT: finally you do use DBR and started to do small steps - good. I have only one addition to your steps style - it will make you even stronger: hits between steps are combined with attack speed. Without attack speed boost you will do steps but you will find that sometimes you do not place a hit. It is because this weapon has a delay. Small steps work perfectly with 1-2 speed boosts. That way there will be no lags with your hits and 1 step = 1 hit.

GJ. Wait till you get to chapter 28 its crazy ;D I only managed to beat it with luck using 5 star Sylvan and my fav frost book, staff with diagnal and full dodge gear(dex, serpents, blue amu)...

Nice..GZ on beating chapter 21..Im also at 21 and having 40k hp and 11.5k attack but I didnt do a lot of trys since I tought maybe I need more dmg but I will give some trys and see if I can finish with blade and arcane archer :)

Let me know how it works for you. I didnt need much for abilities but i think side and rear arrow were the big ones. Samurai helped but i think a multi or diag in place might be enough to do it

They are pretty close but i liked the bear better for 5% increased damage to enemies on foot

Blimey! I tried this combo and beat Hero Chapter 21 for the second go! I have PE sword and PE Arcane Archer, and god are they good together.. I thought I have absolutely no chance for this, kept trying with Helix / Diagonal Staff but wasn't even near.. Also funny how it always goes back to a low HP Helix when we REALLY want to pass a chapter!

@@iPICKmyBUTT With that setup, I had 14786 attack, with staff, it's 16219, but in many situations, sword is just better. Also, I used the bear skin for Helix, that's the only one I have, in case that 5% increased damage against enemies on ground counts for something 😀

Demon Blade (lvl 50) is my favorite and my go to. But I am waiting for your comments for the mythic weapons, and which ones to use, as I have several on hand (all lvl 1).

Hi, question, when you pause I see battle stats, in what version of Archero was that added? I have not seen it there in my game. I currently have Archero version 3.6.0 on Android. In the video I see the boss with the lasers. Any tips how to avoid them? I dont know how to time it well to move away from it.

If you go to your settings there is a tab where you can turn them on, its been out for a minute. For the laser pig dont run away, try running towards the laser. Once you get the timing down it will be a piece of cake!

Your ult meter is from your spell book. Its yellow bar under your healh. Some are auto and activate on their own. Others you need to double tap the screen to activate

it's still good but you should still practice stutterstepping. i tap the screen and i say to myself tap tap tap tap and i'm slowly getting it down. if you do get used to it you will be 3x stronger

I find stutter stepping the easiest with the Demon Blade. I do not like arcane, frozen books, because I always trigger the boost when I don't need it. At times, it triggers when I enter a room. With the Giant contract, you just watch the yellow bars fill and when it is full, you can attack.

Holy cow, just beat it! PE Arcane, and PE lion and AL lion as well, got lucky on some boss choices (no double worm), ricochet def came in clutch!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS COMBO TIP AND VIDEO!

I just beat 21 with tornado, around 14k(ish) damage… have to try the blade! On ch 23 now. Keep dying at the final boss..

I beat it with staff but demon blade is also good. Void robe will poison all enemies in the room at epic. Dark robe is another good choice. If you struggle with the bosses go 2 lion rings. Struggle with mobs go to bull. If bosses and mobs give you the same amount of trouble go 1bull 1 lion. I have video online of how i beat it. Just search archero chapter 16 and it will pop up

@@iPICKmyBUTT Good luck but don't hurry. Chapter 22 and 23 were fun because of finally seeing new backgrounds and new enemies. A little tip: The armor, the bracelets and the books can trigger the shrooms. If you like to trigger the shrooms as early as possible, then this is how you can trigger then without walking close to them (for example the vest of dexterity has a higher range of hitting enemys with the lightning than the range of the shrooms to wake up is, so if a lightning hits the shroom, it awakes. Same as the frozen bracelet. It freezes random enemies and if it freezes a shroom, he will awake). That's why I got rid of my AL frozen bracelet and switched to my PE quickshot bracelet. I prefer to kill all enemies in the room first and then take out one shroom after a nother. It depends on the playstile but for me it helped not to deal with those fire balls or with the fast rolling blue once while trying to kill the other mobs. And btw, the BDR will not aim for the shrooms if the shrooms sleep. So it aims for the closest enemy that is awake. The staff for example does aim for the shrooms regardless of it they are awake or not. So you could stand on the bottom of the room and the staff will tatget the shroom in front of and not dealing any damage while the other mobd can hit you....
