As someone who invested for more one year, I disagree. They are no where near out of the woods. I believe in the vision, but it looks more like a buyout target than mini Tesla

@@TanSpaceX them saying for months that they’re going to stop production to move out of their old building and into the new one. They only had one production line so they had to full stop and move it, stock up the newer bigger factory, setup a bunch of extra, newer assembling machines, and ramp back up. During that time they hired a ton more people to scale from 350ish per year to 1000.

My shares are worth less than half, hope the management team can take on board customer feedback and work on producing affordable products. With fuel prices (and fuel insecurity) on the rise, this it the time for them to win over a new younger commuter.

Little to no information about how much cash you actually expect to raise versus how much you will use this year to avoid running out before the ATVM loan which is still in the "pre-application" stage? C'mon, this is very disappointing. Btw, investigating shorting behavior will not magically raise the stock price, shorting is legal last time I checked.

I’m under the impression that the ATVM loan needs some production data as part of the application, which is why they’re kinda on their own til 7,000 per year. But if the loan gets them from 7,000 to 50,000 then that would be awesome in my books.

They're being funded by Ducera Partners who's backed them from the beginning. ATM funding and ATVM loan comes later when they're ready for the next step up in production next year. They already have the capex in place necessary for their production ramp through next year.

Looking at an Aptera but while I wait for that, wouldn't mind having one of these to tool around on. Guess I could order one in FL and bring it back to WI, but I'd really like the enclosed version. Anyone know what that will look like? If they make it so you can take the doors off, that would be cool too. Jut like the old T tops. :)

I like the team, like the product, am a shareholder as well. I am worried, and think the team is as well that the cash burn will proceed the product even making it to mass production. This loan they place alot of emphasis on is a "maybe".

40:20 might want to be careful talking about future upgrades before they're in production. It'll cause an Osborne effect. I have a FUV reservation in, but now I know not to take delivery before fall time when torque vectoring is in place.

There are always excuses to wait for better models and upgrades in a startup vehicle. I know from experience after getting a different startup vehicle 7 years ago, the improvements that came after my purchase did not devalue my earlier version. It was the solar hybrid bike in my avatar image. I ordered my FUV over 2 years ago and was tired of waiting. Unless you have an arm disability the torque vector steering is not essential. I could have waited for the next generation of production models but I'm getting old and life is short. I did not regret getting mine delivered 4 months ago and the news of inevitable improvements does not discourage me. When I put down my deposit there were no Deliverators and I really wanted that model but they want $5000 more which is too much so I did my own conversion for $100 in materials after removing the rear seat.

Mark I have a preorder for the Mean Lean Machine. I'm in Australia and no longer working so the price is the only factor that will force me to cancel the order. I can't wait for "lean" to be incorporated to the FUV, I've seen nothing on YouTude so far. Has there been any discussion on factories in Asia and Europe to save on transport costs and hopefully reduce the final price of the FUV and/or Mean Lean Machine. Keep up the good work Your mean fat supporter...from Australia...Vincenzo.

Probably be quite a while before the MLM gets to you in Australia. And even longer still until the price comes down to what you're probably willing to pay. Starting price is expected to be ~6k USD or more On the question of the FUV tilting. That is not in the plan to make happen.

There's hardly any service required. It's an EV. They already have some service rangers in place. Don't need any real estate for that.

If I could go to say Orlando or Tampa and pick up my EV and know that if there were an issue of sorts (EV’s do have electrical issues) I would feel a lot more comfortable. History shows us that Factory Direct vehicles of any sort generally are not very successful if at all. Perhaps currently they are producing as many as they can sell Direct? Shipping one at a time is a big cost as well. Here where I live there are thousands of golf carts and electric car-carts that are street legal. They really took off once they could be purchased at a local dealer. None of this matters if they can not produce enough EV’s.

@@JRMoritz You are poorly informed. Buyers get a 3 year warranty backed by the mobile service teams. A state is not opened up for sales without having the service team in place. On call 24/7 . I got my FUV 4 months ago, had several minor adjustments needed and the guy who comes to my door in central Florida is highly qualified with a tool packed minivan. Mine was a former Tesla techincian and he has a trainee for mobile service in my area too. As a retired technician myself I see him knowing his stuff. There is a tech support line and a free 3 year towing dispatching service for breakdowns related to mechanical failures but not flats. Your state is an exception, most do not allow golf carts on streets. The FUV has nothing in common with golf carts - not in safety or range or top speed. The factory fills a truck with four FUVs before leaving the factory. It goes to a shipping hub in your state where you can pick it up or arrange flat bed trucking to your door. DHL does a lot of the deliveries but you can choose a different service.

They are great at burning cash.... but now they have under $10 million and will continue to burn $10-$15 million every 3 months. Real problem is actually read the sec filings and the reservations are falling even though they are barely producing vehicles.

I highly doubt any of those preorders are for fleet deals, and getting 5,000 made for customers will take well into next year, don’t know if they need more right now. I’ll worry if there’s no fleet deals and the same pre orders a year from now.

Between Ms. Yeager and Mr.Frohnmayer you both made a good portion of your presentation saying uh. I want to say off the top of my head 2-3 mins. Throughout the video which I honestly couldn't grasp a fair vision of what's the come for the next quarter. By no means I mean call y'all out in a sense of trolling although just writing this at the of your presentation is honestly bumming me out on that's all I can recollect from the video while trying to read on side.

I fear Mark is both the inspiration and Achilles heel of Arcimoto. I feel like so many of their announcements (new facilities, new management) are a response to process failures. Failures that should have been avoided. Mark should have brought in seasoned C-level help *years* ago. I feel like it's only happening now as a hail Mary pass.

Too many sales coming to call this a hail Mary pass. Just growing pains. Good EV industry execs don't grow on trees. The good news is they're finding their way on to the Arc team. Ducera is backstopping them. They're not armatures in the business development industry. They've been with Mark from the very beginning. They know a winner when they see one. This is going to be the break out year for Arc.

@@popeyegordon You misunderstand me, creating something interesting is, I think, Mark's strong suit. Which is why I am an Arcimoto share-holder, and (still) on the reservation list. Making *one* good one is a different challenge than making 1 million. It's that second challenge I grow increasingly worried about.

With windows they will want climate control and then soundproofing so they can hear their larger stereos. More weight and battery size = Platform ruined.

Nonsense. The high price of fuel is energizing these sales. I may be the poorest customer to buy an FUV to date. I went without a car for 7 years, driving a little solar/pedal powered hybrid bike all that time(seen in my avatar image). I have only my social security pension but I saved enough to pay cash for my FUV and have it delivered to my door. It is the most expensive thing I ever bought in my life but it is cheap to own. I get the motorcycle insurance rate of just $130/yr and my power bill went up only $2/mo. I get to live sustainably and walk the talk while setting an example. They are selling or going into rental fleets as soon as each one comes off the line. My deposit was two 1/2 years ago. Lots of people would love to downsize their vehicles for one of these. If anything the current economic environment is increasing demand. Seven years ago I bought the Organic Transit solar velomobile from a new startup company, the FUV is another startup. We have to change our behaviors or perish.
