Well, in one version of the comics Jimmy married Lucy Lane and Chloe has been a sub for that character (being blonde and also being related to Lois) with her relationship with Jimmy.

OMG i can't believe all this Chimmy bashing. Chloe and Jimmy are wonderful together! Admittedly the ring thing was a little bad; it would've been better if he'd had a real ring. But he'll have time to get her one while she's in prison won't he? And on one level it was sorta sweet

Yeah!!! CHLOE WILL BE BACK! I like this Clip even though I don't like Jimmy! But Aaron Ashmore and Allison Mack really played it soo soo well! I love Allison/Chloe and AA is just soo adorably cute! Great Clip. Thanks for adding it!

I really don't like them together and the whole time he was saying his speech I knew what was coming and was hoping that something would happen to save her or that she would just say no, so the government coming in was a good choice for me. Does Jimmy have any idea what a woman wants? Who proposes with a cheap plastic ring from a vending machine?! Bad form Jimmy!!!
