Not all bands are the same in terms of resistance or manufacturing. The layered latex resistance bands are going to offer more resistance than the solid cast rubber resistance bands. The TPE resistance bands will have an even lighter level of resistance. All are good - but they are not the same in terms of resistance.

I have been sticking to the same expensive brand, (won't name) purchasing more over time, noticing them perishing & falling apart, then realised they were lasting 1½ - 2 years max, at which point they are dangerous. Are they all like that... When company was politely approached to query, head office became very rude & brushed me under the carpet......

Ordered 2 pair of Bands from Amazon from the same Seller and they are completely different in terms of length after one use and so useless for Deadlifts and Squats.
You know what they work really well! It's a different kind of workout but good to switch it up once in awhile. I hit my all time bench PR after bands only training.
I would appreciate seeing a full hotel workout video, please. I'm starting to travel more and try to plan it on a deload week. Having a full workout on tap would certainly help, thanks!
@@ryokan9120 You would have to tie them off which doesn't work well. Carabiner was the fastest best option to change bands etc. Hope that makes sense. cheers!
@@MacStrengthCo Thanks for the reply. I've just bought the extra heavy, extra wide orange band which has a 230lb resistance. Do you think that will be too wide to feed through the carabiner?
@@ryokan9120 I've used mine with the super BLUE bands which are huge. Let me warn you the big bands tend to break suddenly without warning. My blue one did. You would need to find a large carabiner similar to the ones I have. cheers!

Great explanation. Since I made this video I've seen Rogue bands break just as easy as amazon bands. They are all made the same way probably in the same factory. Appreciate the support!
