What does "REAL" mean? I know that *NONE* Of the 6 different online discounters (F,ragranceX included) that I mentioned to a major fragrance company, is *NOT* one of their authenticated, authorized dealers. I had emailed them...and because my questions were many, actually CALLED me, and so I got that straight from the horse's mouth. Now, I'm not saying they *DON'T* sell genuine product, but who knows who they buy from, and no, they are *NOT* an authentic, authorized, genuine retailer of most of the fragrances.
My main beef with Fragrancenet is the way they spammed me to death before they even bothered to ship my very first order. Chill out, guys. Let me complete a single transaction with you before immediately trying to push me to do more.
They are stalkers for sure! lol BUT the trick with them is if you put it in your card and don't check out they often will send you an extra discount to complete the transaction ;)
@Duke Of Prunes those issues aren't really a problem compared to whether or not the actual fragrance in the bottle is authentic or not. I'd rather pay more for 100% assurance
Always have gone with fragrancenet. Had an issue only once with shipping. Got in contact with them and they made it right and refunded. Will always do my business with them
I have gotten watered down bottles. It’s because their no hassle returns. People buy, water it down with perfumers alcohol or maybe even water sometimes and then return it.
I'm sure I've paid many an employee's salary with as many frags that I've purchased for Fragrancenet. I usually spend the 15 to get 2 day but that really works out to 3 day turn around. Never had an issue with them. Waiting on Mancers Cedrat Boise as we speak. This was a great review with some very helpful information for those of us in the community. Well done.
You're BY FAR my favorite fragrance reviewer. Your video reviews, tutorials, and thoughts are so insightful and informative. You have a great ability to convey your thoughts in a way that any person can understand and apply to their purchases. I really appreciate all that you do! Keep up the outstanding work!
Not for nothin', but, why do reviewers take two to three minutes to tell me what they are going to tell me, which I already know from the title? Get to the point, please, and just tell me. Thank you for your time and consideration. Kind regards. :)
Didn't even mention MaxAroma. They have smaller selection but their shipping is really fast. I bought AWBN and it got to me in like three days and i live on the over side of the country. Fragrancenet on the other hand, it has a greater selection but their shipping takes a while
MaxAroma shipping is expedient plus they have a youtube channel and giveaways monthly. I recently bought Lyric Man and Jubilation XXV for $325 combined during a special promotion last month.
Fr the title says Maxaroma, the description says Maxaroma. He doesn’t even mention it in the video, and that’s the reason I clicked they have great deals
The 7 or 8 fragrances I've gotten from fragranceX have been real. And with Amazon I generally just buy them if they're sold directly from Amazon and not some random vendor
What about Maxaroma? I watched the video twice to make sure I didn't miss it but it wasn't mentioned. Are they legit? I've used fragrancenet and fragrancex and I like them both.
I've been burned by Fragranenet too. Will NEVER buy from them again. So sad that most people have no idea they are wearing fakes. Not all are fakes, but they are selling counterfeits. I tried to warn Demi Rawlings and she deleted...
Bought 5 bottles from fragrancex recently. 3 bottles are very watered down juices. Is it the original makers watering it down or fragrancex selling fake products I would never know. Will I buy from.them again? Most likely not. Especially when you are ordering from a Australia, returning products becomes costly and a hassle.
My fear exactly! I’ve been taking it on the chin purchasing directly from Myers/David Jones to avoid the disappointment of getting watered down fragrances. Love from Melbourne ☺️
For niche fragrances nothing comes close to Noseparis.com, once they deduct VAT, with 3 to 6 samples it’s a steal. I just bought a MFK BR540 Extrait for around 260$
Couple more for great prices - better prices in many cases that I have made several purchases without any issues and have paypal, ThePerfumeBox and FragranceShop, fast shipping in US , youre welcome.
If you want to purchase any Madison Francis Kurkdjian fragrance. It’s cheaper to go on his website directly (Paris) than going to Nieman Marcus or Bloomingdale’s. The prices on his website is roughly around $50.00 USD cheaper than the high end US department stores.
FragranceX selling fake perfume..i buy burbery perfume last week & received yesterday.. the smell like a fake perfume.. i regret to buy at this platform..
“MaxAroma” is considerably questionable both in their products and there processes (customer service, shipping, billing). That’s my opinion due to my experiences. 🤷🏽♂️ My preferred online fragrance company is LUCKYSCENT. Just saying... I’ve ordered often and I’ve never had an issue or a fake... btw no ones paying me a dime for my opinion lol... it’s just my opinion 👍🏽
No question that they are authentic, however one must realise that you might get older bottles or that you might not get the exact same bottle as pictured. Happened to me a couple of times.
Yup, I got a bottle that was 5 years old and nowhere near as potent as it should be, still smells great just poor longevity even though every fragrance reviewer said it was beast mode and lasts over 12 hours. You just gotta send it back quick if that happens to you, they'll give you a refund.
Same here received bottles that are weaker and older than buying it from retail. And we don’t know if they are kept away from high heat or sun. So it’s something you have to be aware of.
@@nomercypablo3349 they usually ship products same day you order it .. now for the product to get to your location in canada probably up to 1 week but in USA it's like 2 to 3 days
I do agree with you. As so many people have said, Fragrancenet is my go to. They take a little longer to deliver, but worth the wait. Ash, or anyone else who wants to chime in, wondering where to go to do some swapping if you are not on social media? I have several bottles that I wouldn't mind parting with, but I do not have Facebook, Twitter, etc. Thanks for all the time you put in. Really enjoy the channel.
Fragrance net is terrible takes far too long to receive product. However Fragrance x is excellent in thier delivery process. I place an order amd it's in my hands no more than 4 days later I love Fragrance x.
I have the same question ?? I recently found their website and I've been trying to research the company with little to no results. Let me know if you find out any information
What would be great is if you could let us know about discounters to stay away from. I had a very bad experience with House of Beauty, online retailer. I believe they put a fake Bvlgari product set in an old Bvlgari box. On top of it, the body wash and lotion were rancid, totally spoiled, and smelled like rotten cheese. The fragrance was yellow (supposed to be clear) and also smelled bad. They, of course did not take responsibility.
They're not fake but the companies like fragrance net n fragrance x they have designer perfumes they stretch out their perfumes by adding more alcohol so they are able to sell you for cheaper price.if you don't believe me buy expensive perfume sold at Macy's or bloomingdales etc and buy one for perfume net or perfume x.the smells are similar but perfume ex n perfume x wears off quickly while perfumes from bloomingdales or Macy's lasts way longer.i rather pay a little more for scent that lasts n that doesn't consist of lots of alcohol
Difference between buying from fragrancenet (etc) and the actual boutique is that the boutique sells you recent batches and fragrancenet sells older batches that may have been stored improperly which could impact the quality - any thoughts?
Are there any legit fragrance discount sellers in Europe? I’m in Poland, and shipping from sellers in the US is too much. It’s a minefield in the international market... so many fakes.
I purchased both Harod and Layton of Parfume De Marley from fragrancex.. The Bottles seemed authentic but the juice was not the same. I took both bottles to Nordstrom's to compare and the bottles from fragx literally had no dry down and the scent vanished within 30mins to an hour. I sent both bottles back This is just my experience.
K1NG CURT I had the same issue I ordered from fragrancenet tho I even took the top off the sprayer and the one I got from fragrancenet was was smaller then the one I got from Nordstroms I will stick with the retail stores and high prices lol
I have a question. I own two bottles of armaf club de nuit intense. Both from fragrencenet. One bottle I relieved says ultra concentrated on a sticker. That bottle smells fantastic. The other bottle doesn't say that and smells way worse.
Check this "new" bottle of Azzaro Intense that Fragrancenet sent me. Resealed cellophane, scratched bottle and a few ml's missing. imgur.com/a/R1TwjpZ I've also sent back several that had old batch dates and were quite weak. I returned a few to Maxaroma, too.
That’s great and all when you’re buying a $60 to $100 fragrance, that’s no big deal. However when retail for a Creed or any kind of niche fragrance runs $300 to $400 then the discounts are massive and necessary especially if legit.
Is MaxAroma ok? I just bought 3 niche fragrances (Green Irish Tweed, Layton and Jubilation XXV) there and they look legit, but their scent doesn't evolve. The opening and the base are pretty the same. So I'm worried.
Hey Ash excellent video. please do an amazon buying guide. I live outside of the USA, and I use a freight forwarding address which fregrancenet and fragrancex don't support. thanks.
I buy from fragrancenet.com and maxaroma.com all the time. Never had any issues. The fragrances are 100% legit. No they are not watered down or b grades. Your a bozo if you pay retail lol
Hmm weird I’ve ordered my two favorite perfumes on fragrance net and both are fake. I can tell the scent and dry off is different as well as it does not last at all as well as there is a difference on packaging. Small differences but they are there. Don’t do it people!!!
@@jeremyhinze8837 Yeah can't go wrong when they have a fragrance...just don't sleep on Perfumeonline.ca..... there are times the prices can be cheaper and there is free shipping on purchases of over $100
Fragrancex is one of the most dishonest american companies out there, they sold me a vintage fragrance at a cheap price, they regret the value and never sent the product, holding my money and telling to wait, always inventing excuses, finally, feeling tired of the game I asked a refund, they republish the fragrance with a higher price, and they say they had a policy of same day shipping.
Yeah I've ordered from fragrancenet for the longest" only problem with them is you may get a bottle that's extremely old and has gone bad or maybe wasn't stored properly" as of recent have had some issue's with batch numbers being totally different from the one on the box and the bottle or not being able to find a date with the code. So have had a lot of stuff being returned" only problem with that it normally takes almost 2 weeks to get you're money back on the refund.
@ Shave-a-thon I agree. They are lucky to sell a knock off for $10 per 5 oz.. Much less getting $80 for 3.4 oz! They still make money if only 20% are fooled..
Yes, they sell the real stuff. But their issue is shipping. I live in California and they use the slowest and cheapest shipping method ever and it takes, like, 10 days to get them.
I've gotten dinged 3 times by FragrangeX, where the perfumes have been litterally Rancid and now 1 time on Ebay one was watered down to the point I could barely smell it? Let alone it last at all but 1 minute? Now, for FragranceX the 3 that have been rancid have been in like just 1 out of a 5-6 purchase order! Not like every single one?
Nah they ain't. If yall buying perfumes that cost less than 100$ is fine. But if yall going high end like Creed perfumes, Goodluck with that. They gonna send u fakes. I have bought about 10 bottles of creeds, at leadt 3 out of 10 were fakes
