Found your channel in June (2024). Wish I was 11 or 12 instead of 65. Your info is valuable. When you said the three major factors affecting an erection is diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol I acclaimed "ding, ding, ding." I won the trifecta. Would be good if you could talk about overcoming ‘performance anxiety’? Bloods maybe fine, including T’s, using the usual ED medication, but nothing happens because anxiety has taken over; too much inner talk has taken over when you’re looking forward to meeting your partner/friend and then nothing happens down below when you do meet them!

Much of this information can be pertinent to women also. Women get erections and have issues with maintaining arousal just like men. It's just that women's erections are mostly internal and aren't prominent like men's.

My wife and I (85 and 80) live in assisted Living apartments with everything provided at $6000. a month. Women far outnumber men and are often very lonely. A 93 year old man and his wife came from Arizona and intimacy no longer exists between them and he can no longer drive. So I offered to help out, and he told me he'd like to seek it for hire with a younger woman but SAY NOTHING TO ANYONE. I AM ALMOST CERTAIN THAT AT 93 HE IS NO LONGER CAPABLE OF......but to cuddle and kiss might be all he could do and misses it. I had real reservations in the event that something bad should happen so it came to nothing. But you guys know how it is.......

It depends on the man. Although I'm a gay man I didn't lose my virginity until I was 27 and I've had fewer partners than most straight people (only 2 in my entire life). Maybe I would have turned out different if I didn't have so many inhibitions and mental illnesses holding me back (mostly chronic depression, inferiority complex, and body dysmorphia) but I guess I'll never know.
