I work for a small shop in central pa.. we have 5 skill machines in the year 2023 970k was put into the 5 machines total.. 243k was paid out.. so total 5 machines all year paid out a quarter of all deposits. Those odds I see first hand people losing money.
I don't gamble, so I really don't care one way or the other about these things. But it would be nice to see the state regulate and tax them. Perhaps that money coming in could get rid of stuff like vehicle inspections.
