Hello friends, and welcome to Episode 7 of The State Of It Podcast, with your host Lewis Brackpool.

I lived in Woolwich for two years. In that two years I witnessed the complete destruction of the local community due to immigration the accent of the local kids went from cockney to something unrecognisable and the atmosphere of the area became very uncomfortable.

Live a few miles down the road from Woolwich and it’s completely changed over the years. Used to gig at The Woolwich Tramshed with my band in the early 90’s along with many great bands. It’s now a theatre company. Majority of the locals barely speak English but apparently this is improving communities…..🤔 If you have to change the demographics completely, then it’s not the same city anymore.

Churchill in a speech told commonwealth citizens that Britain was their mother country and all were wellcome, then the business owners brought Asian people in by the thousands,we had Tory government from 1951 to 1964, who encouraged it, possibly forgetting that they would have children who would be British, then it continued right up to present day , but we as a nation experienced a lot of riots mainly racial against people we had invited here to help rebuild the country, we also took in thousands of soviet bloc ,mainly males of military age who were now stateless. They did all the jobs that a lot of English people didnt want mainly coal mining, and a lot of them married local women and their children and grandchildre,are now British and you cant tell what their ethnicity isbut the Carribean and Asians stand outin a white country, and they like white Britains worked and prospered and had familys, but younger people dont know the history and right wing racists and politicians use this to stir up hatred, i have to say also that Enoch Powells speech has been factually accurate, it was the factory and mill owners who wanted immigration not ordinary workers bothbTory and Labour , and so kmmigration went on and on , and is now a huge problem, the only way i can see to solve it is to make their countriesof origin as good as Europe, so they want to stay in their country of origin,remember millions of British have emigrated for the same reasons of these immigrants. I hope my thoughts havent bored you too much.

Yes! When I was at QMC, University of London 40 years ago it was pretty much 95% white English, now it's 30% white English and only going one way.Ben is good, no nonsense English man.

Someone recently suggested that we should move our capital city to Winchester or York. 8 think Khan and those that live there now forget London is OUR capital city it doesn't belong to the mayor and the immigrants. London will turn into the hell hole they've left behind. Londoners leaving will impact on the economy of London because none of us want to visit anymore. Well i agree that some allegedly labour allowed it the old lsbour party ,just wanted those that had come in under Tory governments in the fifties and sixties were treated ewually with the native poulation, but you cant deny it was what the English electorate ,that kept voting the party resposible back in power.also from 1951 to 1979,28 years labour were in power for 8 years the Torys for 20 years, do the maths.

I first noticed London's lack of Englishness back in the late 1980's although it had probably been like that for some years before. Nowadays, I refer to the place as Londonistan and never go there except on the most extreme sufferance! I might as well bin Londonistan and head to Dubai where the sharia is equally OTT, the weather better and the taxes lower but in truth I am quite happy to see the back of both!

My hypothesis is basically production vs consumption. Britain is consuming more than it produces and relinquishing their land to pay for imports and boost real productivity. I might be wrong though.

Produce more than you consume and live in a way where you are fully aware everything you do has an effect. No more alcohol and drugs, material over indulgence. Never sell the land. Look after your parents till the last breath so they don't have to sell the family home to pay for retirement. Grow your own food. Never pay someone else to cook your dinner. lol. The British revolutionised the world with their culture. Fair play has to stop at losing your own homelands and existence. Sexual conservatism, strong families, communities, villages. Lot's of good clean fun, thankful to be alive.

@@nzreggae2534 sounds epic. Me and my wife are currently looking after my elderly parents. Doing what we can to make things as comfortable for them as possible. I won’t see them in any home. The huge problem we have is we seem to have been sold off to foreign entities. And another huge problem is the U.K. is only sustainable for a population of around 20 million people not the 70 million we have now. And it’s still growing….

This is actually a good question, and the answer is yes. When we were in the EU we didn't enforce Freedom of Movement as strictly as other EU countries did, which may sound daft but there are actually rules in the system. Now we've left the EU, immigration hasn't fallen at all despite the hope of most Brexit voters. Tories are partly a businesspeople's party, and business needs a supply of cheap(ish) labour. The UK economy has grown well partly because of a loose immigration policy. So, people are pretty much lied to about immigration. Tory rags like the Mail bang on about it while the Tory govt only pays lip service. It's a great shame that we left the EU because of this lie.

the trouble with your fair argument is you will never implement that mentality with Islam in this country or any country, they will always be a Parallel society and nothing you say will change that. London was wonderful and you import the third world you get the third world, and it has cost us millions, billions in tourism that is the main reason for keeping it very British. Great discussion that rather fell apart and went south once Lewis decided it was a great idea to proselytize and evangelize HIS world view of Christianity based upon HIS personal spiritual experience. Praying for you John. Don’t take it from me, look at the historical evidence and read the gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) to then judge whether Jesus Christ is reliable. You then have to make a choice. If you don’t believe he was reliable, I respect your right, but then it’s up to you to give me a better alternative backed up by better evidence. God bless.
