Today, I made mini cupcakes with delicious strawberries and chocolate.
It is a soothing cupcake made in the shape of a cup.
I attached it to the handle and it is so cute.

I made compote with raw strawberries and made strawberry cream, but...
You can also make it with frozen strawberries.
Even that is too annoying for me..

1 egg (without shell) 53g
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sifting)

7cm(Top.D)*4.8cm(Bottom.D) * 6cm(H)
● Chocolate Biscuit Joconde
( Mold 29cm *38cm )
eggs 3
85g powdered sugar ( 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
5ml vanilla extract ( 1 tsp )
100 g almond powder ( 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
20g scake flour ( 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
25 g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
3 egg whites
50g sugar (1/4 cup)
20g unsalted butter ( 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
● Strawberry Compote
250 g strawberries
90g sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp Strawberry liqueur
● Strawberry Syrup
30g water ( 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp )
10 g sugar ( 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp Strawberry Compote Syrup
● Strawberry Cream
100 g cream cheese
3ml vanilla extract
155g Strawberry Compote
100g heavy cream (50% whipped)
