Think of it this way. If you’re carnivore and you start eating plants, some carbs/fiber again, what happens? Insane bloat, stomach bubbling and rumbling. Quite a bit of physical discomfort. On the other hand. Look what happens when vegans and vegetarians come over to carnivore and start eating meat again. They feel great lol. As long as they don’t over do it on the fat right away, everything tends to run better.
Well, let me explain. Vegans feel no problem when they eat meat because their gut health is at first not adversely affected. Carnivores eating plants have pathogenic gut microbiomes completely unsuited and hostile to plants and fibre, and this causes the hostile reaction. Also this period lasts a week or two until the gut is previtella strain dominant from plants
Im thinkin, is that necessarily good? Maybe the fact that including plants in your diet makes you get used to them and digest them actually helps with nutrition, while completely eliminating them will make you more vulnerable. I am mostly on an animal based diet my self, just food for thought regarding nutrients in plants. Imo plants can be more like medicine than food.
Last night, I went out to eat with my son for my birthday. He knows I only eat meat, but he also knows that on occasion, maybe twice a year, I will cheat rather than make a big deal about it. I had a big sushi roll and hot soy beans as an appetizer. He insisted I get a drink, (ended up being two), and then, since it was my birthday, he insisted on having some dessert. I was extremely full, but I was OK..... until I got home and my stomach started to hurt so I went to bed early, and then in the middle of the night I woke up with a horrible bellyache and cramps. I've been carnivore for 1 1/2 yrs and the first two times I cheated last year, weren't noticeably troublesome. But I think the longer you, Abstain from the foods of the world, the worse it can be on you.
Do a fat fast the next day to recover. I drink coffee still.. planning to quit.. so I tend to have a day of butter coffees blended with 3 egg yolks.. and some light exercise if I can manage it. In the afternoon its just hot water blended with butter and egg yolks, no coffee. So you can do that instead if you dont drink coffee. I use a milk frother to blend. I also do butter and egg yolk drink in the evenings sometimes if I wanna stop hunger cravings. Seems to help with sleep too. Usually by the evening of the day after a bad meal I'm starting to recover. Definitely not worth losing a day for 1 cheat meat though huh
I've also found that the longer I abstain from certain foods the more troublesome they will be after eating them. Meat is not only my food but also my medicine.😁👍
The only veggies that are decent are pickles, peppers, cook mushrooms and green olives....I'm not saying you should eat them but at least those have flavor or like mushrooms compliment your steak.
I know this is true because I am at my optimum when I only eat fatty meat from ruminating animals, drink water and season with salt. When anything else is added I feel like I've been poisoned on some level. Fatigue, joint pain, irritable, depressed, muscle aches especially restless leg, etc. I really don't care why anymore. It is what it is. I don't need to know how planes fly but I know they do. Does anyone here know how a microchip works but they do work. Explain to me how the internal combination engine works without using google. I bet 99% of you can't. The human body is infinity more complex than all of our inventions combined. I have observed the evidence for over 2.5 years eating meat. My conclusion is meat from ruminating animals is the only super food. Everything else is either inferior, addictive and or poisonous. Drink plenty of water and use salt as you wish and the animal fat is where the real magic happens. Call me crazy but it's true. Eating is no longer a burden. I'm just filling the tank so I can crush it today all over again. And I'm never giving up my weed.
Good post, but the thing that must be taken into consideration......the longest lived humans on earth eat MOSTLY PLANTS, 80%+......The longest lived are not exclusive meat eaters.
@BEEFslapper No sir, I've heard for literally decades that the longest lived people live in Okinawa Japan and have the most centenarians per capita, i dont believe thats changed........fish, rice, vegetables are their mainstay.
Most green leafy vegetables are toxic when eaten raw, think kale, spinach, lettuce, etc. They are full of oxalates, plant defence chemicals and anti-nutrients.
I stopped eating vegetables and I do feel better. I still eat fruits and do really well on them. Eating real food only has to be the start. Eating veggies prepared well isn't necessarily bad. Low histone fruits are good for most people but it makes for less clicks if you aren't radical
