Here are my thoughts. Like, yes, women are targeted more in the media, as you said, yes, her body should not be scrutinized, and men do not come under fire for way worse things , yes and it would be a powerful song IF she didn't have a history of hurting women by approaching committed men. I don't care what she or her partners do, but many women have come out and said they have been hurt by their men, and Ariana was involved. These men made decisions to leave their partners for her, of course, but with songs like Fantasize, Break Up with Your Boyfriend and all these women coming out , my heart hurts for these women. Some people do like the chase of getting a committed man or woman to leave their partner for them, but these actions are hurtful, and she could probably use some therapy over her continued actions if they are hurting other women; just how I feel. I also think she dates below her "league." I have done this too because I thought I would be treated better ( I wasn't), but because of her beauty and power, they sweat over her, and I think she loves feeling needed/wanted so desperately. She talks about her sex life a lot, it may even turn her on to think about that as well. Idk just my two senses. I love Ariana, but I'm an adult, and what she did was not fair.

Her song “Yes And” just added fuel to the fire, with Ariana seemingly make it clear that she has no remorse for the damage and pain she’s caused. In this interview she makes it sound like she is the victim of unjustified hate, rather than justified criticism. I think most people see Ariana’s husband and SpongeBob’s wife and baby as the victims, not Ariana.
