Have a snowblower that won't move?
You may need a new friction wheel.
Here is what you need to do!
The self propel or drive was failing on my Ariens 624E snow blower. I diagnosed a worn friction wheel (along with a mouse nest!). This video will show you how to replace it for under $25. terry clayton

Nice job! You forgot to yell "Yes!!" at the end when it started moving. I guess you have more confidence than I do, but whenever I fix something for the first time, I'm always relieved and thrilled that I actually pulled it off. Btw I came to your channel for an old video in which you did the brakes on the Honda Pilot, but I subscribed and keep watching because you explain things very well and have a great fix-it attitude. I can always learn something. We don't even get snow where I live, but this was worth watching. I hope you'll keep the videos coming.
