What he is saying is true for every country. If you move or travel to another country, learn at least enough of the language to get around. When I traveled to China, I learned some Chinese. I also speak Spanish, and though I will speak in Spanish to you if you wish, if you were Spanish speaker in this country I think you should learn some English I'm not saying you have to replace your original language with English, but do learn English it's easier for both of us. As long as you try, it's okay with me. And I'll do my best to help/ translate.

Hahahahahaha i work at customer service as a trainer and literally my trainee went "my apologize por de wrong pone." I was laughing hysterically, same with the customer. It’s funny as comedy but in real life it does create frictions in society. If people come as foreigners in a country and want to work and integrate into society, then language is key, and it needs practice and effort from that person.

I am Mexican American and my parent's have been in America sinve 1971. And they can't speak English. Both are American citizens and waited until they were 65 to have the citizenship test done in spanish. Sad.
