For those of you watching this video now, the revamp has been pushed back to tentatively June of 2024 as of the latest update. Fingers crossed the delay means a smoother launch for us all!
_it's been 84 years..._ jokes aside, it's nice to see that despite the ~8 month hiatus on normal video uploads, the quality didn't drop at all and seems to have even improved. This is definitely a long awaited and deserving upgrade for ark mobile, since the original does indeed suffer from many bugs and stuff. However this indeed could be quite challenging for many people, since it definitely mean that a more powerful device is required, which means the need to get a more expansive phone which isn't exactly as simple as going to the local grocery store and pick up a carton of milk. Also I wonder if micro raptors would be added from this update, cause its great either way.
Hi Iggy this is soooo good news ! When I heared that from you some weeks ago, I was so excited! And I’m still am! Hopefully the old progress is save, but if not, I will start a new game on Ragnarok . Having no PC it is not possible to play on my favourite map. It will change everything! Thank you for telling us this georgeous news and let’s hope all the best. this is incredible!! im so excited!! im still playing ark mobile but this announcement is getting me way more excited to play again/play more, theres so many things and possibilities this could bring us. very thankful they arent letting this game die. also iggy love to see you back making a video!
Love Ark mobile and have since I first played it, but this announcement definitely has me hyped up. Can’t wait to see what they do with it. It will be very cool to finally have more maps for mobile. I already think it’s one of the best mobile survival games out there and this is going to really push it forward. Thanks Iggy! You, Zen and the puppers have a great day/ week!

I'm so excited for this!! My sister an I just got top of the line iPads "for school" a few months ago and she has already put hundreds of hours into Ark mobile, I cant wait to tell her about this! Thanks Iggy!! I would personally like to see it be a one time purchase base game (maybe like 15-20 bucks? cause then you can play the non-canon maps too, and the DLC maps for like oh idk 2-5 bucks a piece) like Ark on PC with the canon DLCs being the same because I am very much against micro transactions for small unlocks to exclusive/hard to reach content (Griffins and the gold crown, kibble & saddle crafting stations, etc) I would also like to see the dungeons removed, and the canon style bosses added, just personal preference.
Watching this video is so nostalgic because I used to watch your videos as a little kid and I loved your videos when I was younger because I played ark mobile a lot because I never had access to actual ark when I was younger.
Tbh the things I want is Commands The Pc Breeding System: we all hate spending 5 minutes on breeding and not timing it correctly and having to restart Settings like changing the harvest rate without being on hardcore or I guess other settings too
Scary but exciting ... Free to play fears but hard to believe that cost on old content on other platforms can charge a high price ... Stopped playing alittle while ago and look forward to a fresh start .... *loads longneck rifle
I hope it doesn’t mean we lose our progress or accessibility to our previous ark mobile data. I doubt they’ll make a way to transfer saved data over to the new game

I think its a 8/10 chance that the revamped product will be postponed until next year at the least. After all, if it was coming out in the next 6 to 8 months, we would expect to hear more about it, like a trailer or something. It is possible however, that the coming if ARK 2, The Animated Series, and Survival Ascended is occupying the current announcements and focus of the team. The paragraph mentioned "mobile-specific changes". While it is unlikely that this is refering to the Amber store and Dungeons, it is possible that it will be included in the revamp. The changes could instead refer to the graphics, of course, a Mobile-only map (as anticipated by many), or something we don't expect. I would also like to bring up the question about whether the non-canon DLC Fjordur will be included. The Fjordur map is, as you know, has an extremely large amount of content, even for PC/consol. They said they would add ALL the official PC maps, so that implies that the will feature it. They may make changes to the size of the map, as a map as such would cause lag and issues for even the most powerful mobile devices. Another question is cost. As with most mobile adaptations of PC games, ARK Mobile is free, has less content, but a unique "premium currency" for special items and skins not found on PC. This could go either way. I speculate that the base game will be free as well as the Community DLCs, while the expansions would be set at a price.

let's just say we'll get a trailer in june on ark mobile's anniversary? If we would get one it'll clearly mean we're going to get the revamp this yr now! And if we won't get the trailer then it'll mean revamp getting delayed fr lol perhaps we can just hope that the ark mobile revamp will have the same store layout really loved the in game store but I'm worried about what would happen to our arketypes? i mean rough idea it'll all go in vain lol i just hope we'll get some sort of compensation or something

I remember my first time playing ark mobile in the first week the game came out, slowly progressing through this dinosaur survival game and as i learned the basics and such i also learned the game has a great community（mostly) and content creators where i started watching them as a habit like iguana,schwalb, kamz, megalo and even more and then i tried pvp and then was when i found what i would be doing for the next 4 years if my life i found nee tribe-mates which soon became great long term friends and had a lot of fun with them.but as the hackers started to come out i quit for a couple months as it was too stressful to deal with them and now that i heared of the revamp i will come back to ark mobile in pve so i can get a grasp for the game again.😊😊I hope they can recover the game and finally give it the justice it deserves.
I’m excited definitely it sounds amazing i can’t wait to play crystal isles or aberration on mobile, I really hope I can still breed huge dodos on the revamp, but I’m not sure if I’m gonna be able to get off once I start playing it…

I had deleted game around 5 weeks ago and since then, i was looking for similiar game. Ofc didn't find one and decide download arkm again. That video hyped me so much, just right in time😅
The lore isn't completely different between Mobile and PC. Mobile simply added a new character (Rockwell's neice). The dungeons can also be explained. It is possible that the Dungeons and the Guardian Arenas could coexist.
With introduction of new maps, how they gonna make transfer across maps work would be interesting. Will it be similar to ticket system from shops or more like in pc and consoles.
Yay!!! I just started ark after playing it on PlayStation and immediately dropping it because it looked kinda wonky But I have this one annoying friend, long story short, he convinced me to give it another try because he wants a guild with friends that know what they are doing So yea I’m back to Ark Oh the grind ugh 😩
i kept leaving and coming back to ark mobile its so fun but so mistreated the potential is insane it was just lacking better devs im happy its finally gonna be better
I started playing on late 2018 on mobile quit after 3 yrs. I still have my multiplayer account and I started playing again just in single player for nostalgia. It's great that they give attention to mobile now weve been imprisoned in the island since the port. But ofcourse. Newer features and maps = higher phone processor. Iand I highly doubt that they can optimize it. Like come on. The force app close is still on the mobile up to this day. I'll guess well see when it's out.
Could you ask if the revamp will contain the ability to pick up structures with no time limit please and the new ASA building mechanic with walls? And thank you for your videos they have been so helpful as I started out ❤
Highly doubt ark mobile will be free once revamp happens. It’s one of few ways they can stop hackers from making alt accounts so once hacker is banned they are banned. Hackers will have to repurchase the game to make an alt account.
❤ all excited here we got rag first before gen on switch. Fav map lol I personally am hoping those of us who pay for admin commands will still be able to tp to people because on switch they took away our ability to see player names on the list. So we can't ban hackers or dupers... 😢
Hmm.. hopefully they will address all the hacking.. or is it gonna still not be supported? Cause I already moved all dinos to single player and pretty much stopped playing official all together. Our entire base is gone as well as dinos on the official server.
I hope they make a better control like Joy-pad or whatever its called The point is , i wish ark mobile have more dedicated control buttons for specific things like attack or moving Its annoying how you move in ark
