LOVE this. Born and raised in Arkansas, never lived anywhere else. I'm torn between loving that Arkansas is a hidden gem and loving that its getting the positive attention it deserves. It is a beautiful state.
love the video, we live in Missouri but go to Arkansas often. Beautiful state with excellent roads. I hope this develops into a network travel show for you.
Thank you! My goal is to stay on RU-vid but to find brand support in order to have help filming and editing so that I can push more content out, while still having the personal freedom to choose what I want to do with my channel and videos. TV Networks are quite political and red taped, making it hard to stay authentic.
I love the way you tell your story’s, share your adventures & quest for the wonderful places to eat… you make such captivating videos it makes me want to visit everywhere you record!
Great storytelling. Thanks for letting us live vicariously through you. I have to say the "Ep. 1" on the thumbnail really made me happy knowing there's more to come.
Excellent video, as always 😊. Kudos to Arkansas tourism for getting you to do these. I really enjoyed your northwest Arkansas series. Be sure to remind them that you still need to ride the southwest part of the state. Even though I've lived in central Arkansas my whole life, I've mostly ridden the western half. Seldom have I ridden the eastern half, so I'm looking forward to what you visit there. I may have to work in some rides in that area.
Love, love, love your channel!!!! I just received my Arkansas Motorcycle Travel Guide, and it is wonderful. Thank you for sharing this information. I hope to see many more of your travels.
@@ridetofood I have a friend that lives in Fayetteville so it cuts down on the motel bills. Pig trail is always a good ride, stopping off at Oark and Turner Bend Store. Another place to visit would be Devils Den State Park, just to mention a few.
So - how do you manage to stay so bug-free? Your bike and helmet look like they've never seen a bug! I've ridden that area of northern Arkansas, from K.C., it's a beautiful and fun ride! Be safe! 👍😁👏🏻
If you keep watching the series as the videos come out, you'll notice that the bike does not stay bug free. I on the other hand am pretty short, so most of the air flow goes completely over my head, which in turn makes most of the bugs miss my helmet lol!
if you ever come to arkansas again, i reccommend coming to batesville. if you like history, and a good atmosphere batesville really has it all as it was the first town settled in arkansas. i really love your videos and am exited for ep. 2!
During Bikes, Blues, and BBQ that ferry is PACKED with bikes all weekend, so cool to see! That highway leaving the ferry that takes you to Branson is such an amazing hidden gem too!
I’m so going to visit Arkansas just based on your videos! Also congratulations on getting your picture in the 2024 Harley Davidson MY magazine! You’re big time now! 😊
The ferry was super rad!! Definitely recommend an early morning or later afternoon boat ride in the summer, though. There’s no shade when it’s hot out lol!
Love this!!! #1. Love the color on that RG. #2. That ferry is free?! AR is on my bucket list, so I am taking notes. Great job on the piece. I appreciate all the time you put into all your videos. Can't wait for the next one!!
Thanks for another good one! Love the way you find the little local spots with amazing food and great eye you have for a shot of just about anything from the food to the lake view. So ready for riding season here in NOCO. Rode up to Cameron Pass about a month ago but it was still gravel and 29F at the top.
Great footage. I have ridden all over central and northern AR. Great roads, places, and people. I look forward to seeing your delta video series. Next time you fly into the area, rent an Indian Chieftain from Heritage in Rogers, AR. I love my Harleys, but the Chieftain is in a cruising class all to itself.
Your videos are amazing, I wish I had known about the guide last year when I did the whole hog. Ill be back there one day to adventure again, the next time I will be hitting all the places you recommend as well.
Such a good ride! I live in north west Arkansas and have been there a few times! If you ever get the chance ride the Missouri side after the ferry! Lots of good riding that way as well!
Sorry I'm behind. Promise I'll watch the next one as soon as you release it. I think I took almost the same map riding home from the first half of route 66 last June. The ramen looked pretty fantastic.
Ok, your Colorado adventures are amazing but your trips through Arkansas are THE BEST!!! I don’t know what it is, but you really make me want to do the ride from Austin to Arkansas again and again. That broth looked stout; so thick and fatty. Yum!! 😋 Your video was so good that I didn’t even notice the absence of any drone footage.
If you haven't been to ramen tatsuya in austin, you definitely need to go some time! Thats my favorite ramen spot i've ever been to. :) Glad you enjoyed the video!
@@ridetofood what a great idea. I have been there for work. They’re a client. But I’ve never eaten there and I believe it’s time - I’ll invite my brother. 👍🏼
Lived in Japan for a while and I never observed anyone, local or tourist, eat cheese cake after a traditional Japanese meal. Must be an Arkansas thing. :)
I didn’t imply there was a right or wrong answer about when you can eat cheese cake. It was just an observation. If we ever cross paths I’ll make sure I offer you a piece. Now I can’t get that image of you on the pot eating cheesecake. Thanks. Be safe.
We have a great ferry that we ride often up in Upstate N.Y. which crosses Lake Champlain into Vermont. You can go to the far Northern end of the lake and take one across and then take another across the southern end back to New York. Again, thoroughly enjoyed your content and video. Thank you Staci.
I heard they ran out of guides at one point because there was more demand than originally anticipated. You might want to resubmit your info! There’s also a digital guide available online :)
I think your camera and lighting work could make Campbells Soup look irresistible! That cheesecake looked awesome. Great road shots too. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome video my fellow Houstonian. Love the Road Glide and sending positive vibes your way keeps up the amazing work one of the best on RU-vid hand's down.
I can see why you liked the road glide special I have a 2020 road glide limited she's the bomb , great show loved the cheese cake ,can't wait to see more of arkansa .I remember the other Arkansa shows ..... 🙂
Normally they’re served with mayo (Japanese mayo is a bit creamier) and sometimes they’re sprinkled with cheese; I used to eat them often out in Hawaii when I lived there, they sold them at farmers markets freshly made to order, and SO good.
@@ridetofood It does. Though it brings back the days when I would ride to many of our local Jack in the Box restaurants, order a pack of onion rings. I would then set off to the next nearest J. I. T. B. restaurant, in that direction of town , and do the same. The game was to not run out of onion rings for the entire evening ride. Yummy good fun.
This was filmed in august of 2021. I edit in the winters and ride all summer :) but if I had to take a wild guess, yes it’s probably very green already
