Very proud I was born and raised in Marianna, Arkansas and 2 days ago Lee High school of Marianna won the state championship in class 2A. I am praying that the Razorbacks win the chip also.

Man I was hoping Texas tech won but it was a good game. Just feel like they didn’t really past it to mcclung when he was open a lot . We all know Mac mcclung is a clutch shooter , during the end Texas tech players decided to miss like 5 times

That last layup was tough with Smith contesting it though. Ark Davis did a number on McClung all night. He only scored in first half when Notae was on him. Davis is a great defensive player.

I mean it’s hard to get it to him when the best defender on Arkansas’ main focus to to not let Mac have the ball. He was locking up Mac all game, Mac was 1-4 on him and couldn’t get past him the whole game. Just look at the last play and look out how he is guarding Mac. Tech had no chance of giving that to Mac that possession, if they even attempted it would’ve been a turnover

@@dylandavis9833 I hear ya... He was the focus for sure, and hindsight is always 20/20.... But that dude is money in big time moments... I don't care what his % is, that's the guy I want with the ball. Some staggered screens to get him the ball was in order. But it was tough in that situation. Mac will make a name for himself in the nba, dude has that "it" factor.

This game was eerily similar to the second round game Tech had against Florida a few years ago, when the Gators had several perfect looks down the stretch but the ball wouldn't go in the basket. This time Tech couldn't get anything to go in the final two minutes. Score was almost identical too - that one in 2018 was 69-66.

This is a pretty good Arkansas team, but still nothing compared to the 94 team. That was one of the best, if not THE best, college basketball teams I have ever witnessed play.

Last layup had Smith contesting it. Was tough. But Ark Notae missed a layup abd FT late as well. Plus TT had 3 straight BS fouls in their favor that sent them to the FT line that kept it in contention. They were very fortunate to be close enough to tie

I hate when people can’t read like you. did I say anything about forfeiting the Elite eight? No !!! what I said was is that we’re not on the level deep as talent on the bench we have five or six players when they have every position loaded that’s probably why they’re undefeated. To say we will win the whole thing is not being a fan but it’s being realistic.Then you turn around contradict your own comment at the end. That’s like in football if we go four And 0 in the start of season automatically we’re beating Alabama. we’re in the SEC championship seriously we couldn’t even beat Alabama in the SEC championship think about that one basketball .

There’s always woulda coulda shouldas! Notae for Ark missed a layup and a FT late. TT for 3 straight possessions prior to their last missed layup benefitted from 3 BS fouls in a row that put them on the line to keep it close. Refs killed Ark momentum with the worse tech call ever. Ark should have put it away easier. TT very fortunate to even be close enough to have a chance to tie.

I guess when you jump on a guy doing a layup and completely hip check him in mid air when he's wide open at the glass it's not a foul. Then again, they don't really call fouls much anyway and you could say the same on so many other plays.
