I’m a DC fan that otherwise is a Bears fan living near Chicago, I’d be going to Defenders games if I could! (I picked them as my team before the 2020 because Chicago has no team and they use mostly the same colors as my high school did so that was reason enough for me. 😂).

Man if Arlington had Perez from the beginning of the season, things may have gone different for them. Defenders showed why they're the best in the league.

Hey, it's not too late. Arlington will still make the playoffs. Brahmas have to play my Defenders next week too. I can definitely see the Renegade upsetting the Roughnecks in the playoffs with Perez at QB.

I was at this game and it was amazing 18 thousand plus rocking at Audi field. The refs got booed out the building.

It's been a long time since D.C. has had a football 🏈 team to cheer for; not as long of a time as Detroit; 😢 but still a while! The XFL 's D.C. Defenders are a very good team! I like watching the XFL and watching the Defenders, Battlehawks, Sea Dragons and Roughnecks, plus the other teams, there's plenty to get excited about!

Defenders receivers and tight ends balled out. To me, they were the best position group on the field. They ran crisp routes, made some great (and routine) catches, got chunks of YAC, and blocked downfield. I get why everyone likes the Sea Dragons, but I think the Defenders have the best, most complete offense in the XFL this season. Defenders can run, block, pass and catch. Can't wait to see who the Defenders will be playing in the playoffs!

He was clearly trying to get in the way and he did so by going low. It's the correct call.

That was a dangerous, unnecessary play. He intended to hit the pursuing defender. He could've injured himself and the other guy.

I disagree. He can lead a decent team to a championship (at this level anyway). But with the Renegade OC making head-scratching play calls and receivers not getting open consistently, it's making it hard on him. The good news is they have one more game to make the playoffs and get their offense in sync. It's very little for them to get ready for Houston in two weeks, but if anyone is capable of doing it, It's Luis Perez. Oh, and if Renegade defense can play 4 quarters they will be real dangerous.

@@Dannysthetics How many time did Perez have to tell his receivers and running-backs how to line up? I counted at least 5 times. That's not good. Couple times they ran their route wrong, and a few more where they didn't FIGHT for the ball. It's a testament that he threw over 300+ yards with all that going on.
