There was me wondering what transitions might be possible out of tripod headstand, then I found this video. Awesome. I be busy for a while getting that good though, here is hoping. LOL
@@carlopetrignano583 o have never been a flexible type.... however....being an introvert....and adding 3-5 hours of you yoga a day...allows me to move forward quickly withy Asana practice.....you yoga and stretching ...are where I really devoloped my flexibility...not so much in yoga....but...when I do yoga...the heat of the practices...with the energy I feel from the practice....creates a perfect breeding ground for mediation and flexibility to really grow !!! GL....you can do it....I was the stiffest a person can get. ...and I have lotus....and splits ..and drop backs...and.floating !! If I can do it my friend.....you can too .!!!!!!
@@carlopetrignano583 meant to say yin yoga ....not you yoga...YIN..look it up....it will help your connective tissues open up...and set your ashtanga practice on fire....look for an ashtanga teacher in a big city...and who is preferable authorization from ashtanga institute....I had to love to a nice city to chase my dream.s .... 💯 worth it...I'm very happy now. .
